We use nontoxic solutions to safely and effectively clean your carpet and treat pet urine stains & odors to keep your pets and family healthy. If you have a pet, you need our pet safe carpet cleaning process. We have pets of our own so we know how important it is to take care of pet stain & odor issues safely & effectively. We have a customized treatment for just about every pet stain and odor problem you can think of. We can deal with dander, odor, oily spots, urine and situations that require a more advanced approach. But don’t worry, there are plenty of pet stains that come out with our standard steam cleaning process! For stains that are a little more stubborn we can use our Basic Pet Treatment process by pretreating the area with urine stain remover which helps neutralize and remove yellowing, then we thoroughly steam clean the area. After thoroughly cleaning the area we apply an enzyme that treats the fibers and neutralizes odors. If stains and odors are caused by frequent pet urination in the same spot, we can step up to our Advanced Pet Treatment process. We treat the carpet fibers and the padding by pretreating the area with urine stain remover. We then saturate the padding with an oxygen powered solution to break down stains and odors. After waiting 30 minutes for the enzymes to work their magic, we extract the stain with high-powered extraction. Sounds scary but it’s not bad for your carpet or your pets! Once extraction is complete we thoroughly clean the area again with a process that is designed to cancel out odors, leaving a light, pleasant fragrance. If our Advanced Pet Treatment is not enough we can get more aggressive and go a step further by disengaging the carpet, replacing the padding and sealing the subfloor. We will do everything we can to get your carpet back in great shape.

The service I received was top notch and the technicians were super professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and friendly. They were very careful with their equipment and set up. They also went over and beyond in terms of the cleaning and were very careful to only use the ingredients/products that would not harm our rugs. Overall I am extremely impressed and pleased with this company and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing carpet cleaning!

The workers confirmed their visit and when they arrived they were very professional and courteous. They not only did a great job of cleaning my gutters and spouts, they made sure they cleaned up after themselves. My family has been using this company in Ohio for many years and I am so glad they have expanded to the Atlanta area. I also tried their carpet cleaning and window services and they did not disappoint. They do it all so reasonably and on a timely basis. I recently called to schedule a carpet cleaning appointment and I was thrilled with the results. The workers were so kind and hardworking. The quality of cleaning was amazing. They removed stains that were very tough to get out. Technicare is a great company and they are very dedicated to quality service. I was so happy with the carpet cleaning so I went ahead and had my gutters cleaned and my windows washed. Technicare does it all so well and they always put the customer first. I was very pleased with my window cleaning service with Technicare. I was so excited to hear that they expanded their services to the Atlanta area. My entire family has been using Technicare for years in Ohio. They are always pleased with their professionalism, timely response, and attention to detail!! Technicare will confirm the appointment by email before coming out and you will also get a phone call at the beginning of your arrival window. I am also happy to know that they provide 24 hour emergency water restoration service if my sump pump ever fails. I would highly recommend Technicare for your window and cleaning needs. You will not be disappointed in the quality of work that they do!!!!!
Description of Work: They cleaned all windows, (inside and out), screens, french doors, window sills, chandeliers, and ceiling fan. He also changed out my light bulbs in the chandelier, cleaned my gutters, and power washed my house. I am going to have him clean my carpets in the near future.
