It went great! I couldn't be home at the time, so Nick called me from my roof and told me what they were seeing. They took care of the problem I knew about and checked for others, and charged based on the work performed. I also got calls to confirm and to let me know they were headed to my home. Great experience.

They did a fine job with the cleaning of the windows, however, they had used my personal hose attached to my home. When they left, it was still running which caused my hose to split. I was out of town, but luckily my neighbor saw it and turned off the water.

When I called to schedule the cleaning I was told that the ad was incorrect. That the quoted price was not the actual cost of the service and that they would need to come out and give us an estimate. The quoted price would go toward the total charge. This is not what the ad said and we wish to have our money refunded. I suppose the old saying - "if it sounds too good to be true it probably is" is very correct.

They are the most professional company I have worked with. They are very friendly, professional, continue to improve on their product and the owner comes out himself on some of the calls and I think that is amazing. Most professional and reliable company I have ever worked with.

After a "heads up" phone call, two technicians showed up within the promised time slot. Both technicians were pleasant, professional, and efficient. I especially appreciated that when cleaning inside the house, they kicked off their shoes and were careful not to make a mess. My windows are crystal clear!

It went very well. The workers showed up on time when promised and were professional and polite. They finished the complete house and I hardly knew they were in the house. There were two issues but they were rectified by Vicky. First there was a travel charge since I was 45 minutes away from their office. The second issue was fixed by Cory -the technician on site. He said that usually the windows I had were charged as two windows but he thought he could finish the windows in time and would not charge me extra for the type of windows. My windows are divided windows with 6 panels up and 6 panels down. I appreciate that Technicare honored the package as is and did not charge extra once on site. If these charges exist they should be better explained in their special deals so the customer understands the extra charges up front. They were very kind to not charge extra. I would use them again and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone wanting clean sparkling windows...

They were very professional and did a great job! First company I have ever used that didn't try to up charge me! My only complaint was that their first available appointment was about a month out but truly worth the wait! Also received a very personalized Christmas card with a 100 gift card to use.....very nice touch! Couldn't use it by the expiration date because I had sold my house. Going to make an appointment for my dad to get his carpets cleaned! :-)

Work was performed well with extra care taken to ensure that equipment did not damage walls, corners, etc. After the kitchen floor dried we noticed a few spots which got missed when the grout was being cleaned. I called and mentioned the oversight and they immediately (and cheerfully) scheduled a followup visit to correct the problem. I have already called them back to do additional work for me. Very pleased.

Service was excellent. Professional service with all questions asked/answered with an in-depth knowledge of why or why not services required. Pictures were taken before services began to guide us through our decision process. I could see dirt collecting from a couple of the upstairs vents the picture below shows the inside before services. Appreciated the courtesy and no hard selling up for additional product/services.

Great job! Nice respectful people. Did not charge me extra for a few more windows (even though that would have been normal to charge, I think).
