Technicare Carpet Cleaning

Bought the special on Angies list. They contacted me the same day. Requested an appointment date 3 weeks from purchase. They were in constant contact regarding the date and time they would perform. Showed up on time, performed the gutter cleaning and tested prior to leaving. Reviewed all work performed and pointed out the trouble areas they found. Excellent service.

They returned my call promptly to set up appointment and then sent a reminder before the appointment. Arrived very promptly and performed their job very well. They even went above and beyond and did some additional clean up that we inquired about. Very professional, efficient and very good.

It was great! We were not even home during the service, but Technicare was very good about communicating what was being done, by whom and when. The gutters and spouts are clear and flowing great. Also, they actually charged us less than quoted when they realized that the job did not require as much effort.

Impressive. The owner of the local company is Nik, and he did the work himself with the help of one employee. They were extremely professional young men who showed up in uniforms. Communication was superb. They emailed in advance, called in advance, emailed from the main office while they were here, and also talked to me. I paid in advance when I bought the deal, but they also gave me a price for future service (you have to ask for that - if you buy the deal, don't go by the "estimated value" on your invoice, because it is higher than you will be charged in the future). They ran water through the downspouts to make sure the downspouts had been thoroughly cleaned and were not clogged. I definitely will use them again.

Nick, the owner, and Quinn came and did a fabulous job cleaning our gutters.They spent extra time flushing the areas that were heavily backed up with leaves and debris and made sure all the gutters were running clear. They cleaned up extremely well and washed off the deck (even though most of the leaves were there before they came and not from the gutter cleaning). They even offered to remove and dispose of some old gutter covers that were ineffective, rusty, and unsightly. This was above and beyond what the Angie's List Deal included so it was very nice of them to do. They showed up exactly when they said they would and were very professional. I would highly recommend them and would hire them again for any of their services. They left a nice booklet of all the things they do in addition to gutters like carpet cleaning, grout cleaning, etc.

Providers were polite, professional, punctual and personable. We are very impressed with the dedication of the providers, something rare to find in young workers in this day and age. I will use them in the future and will recommend them to my whole neighborhood network. Thank you Angie for putting us in touch with this great company.

I purchased this deal to save some money and when I contacted the company, the estimate was $159.95. I mentioned that I purchased the deal for $49. I felt like the company was deceptive in its pricing because I did not feel that it would cost that much to clean the gutters on my house. At this time, I'd like a refund and I will be using another company.

This was a perfect experience in every way. Nick was friendly and professional and seemed genuinely interested in our carpet and our particular needs and concerns. For example, we had a rather large (about 3 feet long) stain on our family room carpet from olive oil. Nick went above and beyond to make sure that stain was completely removed. Then he even promised to come back at no charge if it reappeared. Our family room carpet literally looks like new now, and our stairs have never looked this good in the 5+ years we have lived in this house. Nick also gave us a discount card for future work we hire Technicare to do. This company has been operating successfully in at least one other state for some time and just recently opened here in the ATL area. We have already decided to use them for both gutter cleaning and window cleaning in the future. Bottom line is that this is a terrific company with friendly, caring, and competent professionals who do absolutely excellent work. We are happy to recommend Technicare to our friends and neighbors without any reservations at all.

Nick and Quinn arrived promptly at the appointed time and got right to work. Nick also explained the process again to me and told me about how long it would take to complete. The carpets look great! Nick and Quinn are very good at what they do. They are courteous, punctual and very knowledgeable about their services and products.

It went great. Technicians were prompt and friendly. Cleaned 3 rooms and a hallway under an hour.

It went great! This was for one of my rental properties and even the tenant emailed me to advise me how well of a job they done cleaning up and with everything.

The team did an amazing job cleaning the windows and carpets in my townhouse. They showed up on time and got started right away. When they entered my house they removed their shoes and asked to see the house. I showed them around and one person took on the inside windows and one person took the outside windows. They even took care of a wasp nest that was in my eves! After they finished the windows they cleaned my carpets. They worked hard to make sure that any spots were removed and my carpets look great! This is the 2nd time I have used them and I would recommend this group to anyone.

This was an angies special and at 49.00 I was skeptical to say the least. The Technicians called prior to arrival and were there exactly when they said they would be. The techs were well dressed in company uniforms and the truck was spotless. They were very helpful in explaining what they were going to do and that the service was already paid for thru Angies List, so no additional cost was needed. The came in and looked at the job, I showed them several areas that were heavly stained, (thinking I would have to pay extra for stains) but they told me there were no additional costs and that was part of their service. (for 49.00 dollars?). They did an excellent job, I highly recommend them

Company tried to charge additional fee for travel to my home.

.It went extremely well and they were able to eliminate stubborn stains in a stairwell and den that we were not able to treat with a highly recommended Hoover carpet cleaner. Nick is both personable and professional and we will definitely use them again. We plan to take advantage of their window cleaning service because of the conscientious way they handled the carpet cleaning.

I purchased a Big Deal, and they sent an email stating there would be an extra fee because I'm outside the service area. I decided to get a refund.

The service provider shows the counties covered by their service which includes my county. I verified their coverage area before buying. It is clearly marked on their page. Within minutes of purchasing the service I received the following message as I was attempting to schedule service date and time: "Hi mark,I would be happy to schedule a cleaning but wanted to let you know that due to the distance involved there would be an additional travel charge of $45. Technicare will pick up $5 of the charge leaving $40. You are approx an hour from our office. Thank youThanks, Technicare of Atlanta" I promptly notified them I would not be paying a fee that would essentially double what I had ordered and I forwarded them a copy of their own page showing my location as within their service area. I received the following reply: "Technicare of Atlanta5 hours ago The refund has to come from Angie's List as they sold the package and took payment. I will pass along the discrepancy regarding the county. I guess there is a possibility that part of the county is included. Thank you" I don't appreciate having to wait up to 10 days to get my hard earned money back due to their un-advertised up-charges within their advertised service areas.
