Technicare Carpet Cleaning

I bought a deal on Angie's List for window cleaning up to 40 windows inside or out. They scheduled the appointment time promptly after getting my information. They came on time , were very thorough, courteous and professional. They also cleaned my French doors and windows adjoining them even though they were not included in the 40 windows. My windows really do sparkle. I will definitely use them again, and recommend them. They also provide other services including carpet cleaning, which I plan to use in the future.

They contacted us via email as stated in the purchase agreement. They scheduled on one of the three days I requested. They called 30 minutes prior to arriving and showed up on time. The gentleman, Nick, was professional, neat in appearance and polite. The carpets were cleaned to our satisfaction. We really couldn't ask for more from a service provider! We will use them again in the future and would highly recommend. In the past we have used ZeroRez but would choose Technicare again.

Excellent- they were right on time and very professional. They even pointed out some tree trimming that needed to be done as the branches were damaging our roof.

I paid $89. We have a lot of gutter footage some of which is pretty high. All were inspected, debris cleaned, and water tested. The invoice that they left for me said $305, so I assume this would have been their regular price. Anyway, I was happy to have paid $89 to get the work done well. The techs (two men) were polite, called before they arrived, presented their findings, and answered questions. I asked them for a quote to get the windows cleaned which they provided before they left. No issues or complaints of any kind. I would use them again.

The service was great and they were very punctual! The technicians cleaned my downspouts and gutters by making sure that each were clear of debris.

The experience was good; it was great and was a good value. I bought an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. They told us how much it would cost to come back again and it was more than double the coupon. I liked that they had very good communication. We had some issues with the rain and they communicated about when they were coming back, etc.

The company pressure washed my entire home.

It went fine. They called ahead to say they where coming and came on time. Extremely courteous and very carefuly. I will definitely use them again. In fact I'm going to book them for window washing, and pressure washing in the sprint.

Great service!! When the owner called, I explained that I had gutter guards but had moss growing on the outside of the gutters. He was very flexible and honored the deal I had purchased. They did a wonderful job… not a speck of moss was left on my gutters. The roof looked like new after being cleaned.

See above. The three guys were on-time, clean, professional looking, and most importantly, employed by the company. No day labor or people new to the job. They are all approximately mid-20's and really do a great job. They removed their shoes without my asking when they came in. At various points, I was using the opportunity of being stuck in the house to clean, and would engage them in conversation, if we were in the same room. They were all polite and continued working while we chatted. Dylan and I were discussing his college courses as well as our daughter's courses. Nice, educated young men. They said they would take 4 hours, and that's what it took. We have about 38 windows, so that was a very efficient use of their time. They started at the top and worked down. Easy to see they had the routine down pat. Because they didn't come at the time I requested for the estimate, Nick did my chandelier for free! Awesome! We have a two-story family room and foyer, and they just moved right along with their padded ladders, like they were standing on the floor. They moved all the furniture that was in their way, and replaced it when they were finished. I have wooden blinds on all the windows, no problem, they just rolled up those heavy things and got to work. Their method of cleaning was different - in a good way. They sprayed each individual pane (6 squares per pane/12 per window), scrubbed it with a towel like thing on a stick, then squeeged the pane, wiping off the drips. They did such a great job I hired them to come back on 11/19 to clean my rugs. There are always 'specials' going on, so I took advantage of one of those. The reason my rate was so low was because I purchased an Angies List coupon for $100 for $200 worth of cleaning. I did this before I even spoke to the company. I went strictly on the AL feed-back. On retrospect, I could have been charged $50 per window, as they already had my money, but no. Very honorable company. After they subtracted the $100, I received 30% off the total, b/c they recently moved to GA from OH, where the company is located. This was done to encourage business. They definitely have my business! I have already recommended them to two of my neighbors. I haven't seen either one to know whether they called, but they will definitely be glad they did. At the end of the job, we went around to check. I found a very few - like 4-5 places that I would have liked redone, some included needing the ladder. No problem, Nick took care of it right away. After they left, I left. When I returned home, I noticed they forgot the 8 (4 on each door) windows on the garage. I have no doubts that they will take care of that when they come back to do my carpet. Nick told me it's always these 3 guys on the trucks - very well equipped, new trucks. Definitely not ur typical 'guy with a van and a ladder" type company. He also told me the carpet cleaning is truck mounted, the water is heated to 220+ degrees, and will get out all stains. Since I have a little dog who misses her 'pee pads', this is great news. I can't say enough good about these guys and this company. I don't like being home alone when we are having interior work done, but I didn't have a single concern.

They didn't come out to do the gutter cleaning as there was extra costs tied to the service that I didn't want to pay.

They were wonderful. The work was wonderful. They were fantastic. The work was complete and professional. They came back again to remove a stain and they said that was no problem. They did it graciously.

Yesterday I received a somewhat confusing invoice from Technicare of Atlanta for signficantly more money than what was originally agreed to. I had contracted with the company to provide gutter cleaning services on a rental property I own in Lawrenceville. Today I spoke with a service representative from Technicare, who then put me through to the owner, Eric. Eric resolved my concerns and indicated that there was no pending balance owed, and profusely apologized for the confusion on the sent invoice. I was pleased with the services provided by the company and also pleased with how quickly and expediently Eric was able to resolve my concerns. The original job was completed in a professional and timely manner and now I would not hesitate to use Technicare on my other rental properties in the NE metro-Atlanta area. All communication with the company was very friendly and professional. I was slightly disappointed that they did not get one area of congestion in the gutter system, but they came to the door and explained why. I plan to use them again in the Spring for window cleaning.

Very, very good. The young man who came out and did the service noticed that a portion of the gutter was coming off of the home, so he stopped and fixed that. They really went above and beyond for the service.
