Technicare was very responsive from our first inquiry. They followed up immediately when the order was submitted and sent reminders closer to the date of service. They were punctual, professional and did a very good job. They actually cleaned up after emptying the gutters. We have asked to be put on their "reminder" list for seasonal gutter cleaning. We will definitely use this company again and will definitely recommend to anyone who needs this service.

The cleaning crews included 3 people from Technicare. They came in to my home on time and started working quickly. They did a thorough job and answered all my questions and accommodative of my special requests. You get the feeling that you are treated well when crews are listening and accommodate requests. The doors and windows were cleaned pretty nice and I like the results. I will definitely use their services in future!

Exceptionally competent and cordial. On time, did a great job. I've signed up to have them come twice a year. When they discovered they'd forgotten to bring a longer ladder, they washed the downstairs windows to compensate and returned the next day to wash the upper story windows. Couldn't ask for more.

I was very, very pleased. The 2 men who came were on time and very professional. They quickly gave me a good rate on the area rugs, and handled them very well. They cleaned the rugs that were on a hardwood floor, and there was no excess water on the hardwood. The carpets cleaned very nicely - had some stains that were completely gone. I would definitely call this company again.

Initially, I purchased an Angie's List coupon for window cleaning. I was so impressed with the service I received, that I booked them to return and clean the carpeting in our house. We have an elderly dog who doesn't always use her 'pee pads', so there was work to be done that my Spot-bot was no longer controlling. They did not charge me the $24.95 per room to pre-treat the spots (a chemical spray). I was also not charged the $35.00 per room protector (another spray bottle) after they were done. They used a truck mounted device that heats the water to 220 degrees, I believe is what Nick told me. Anyway, the suction was enormous, and the rugs felt almost dry when they left. Two of the same guys who cleaned my windows came to do the carpets. When one of them had to leave to go to his college class, Nick had already shown up, so there was no break in the service. The guys placed every leg of my furniture on a slip of thick plastic. For larger pieces, they slipped a piece of rectangular styrofoam under the the furniture to raise it up off the carpet. Several days, o.k., weeks later, I pulled out the plastic slips with not difficulty. I waited about one month b/c I wanted to see if dirt would build back up in the hall-ways and on the stairs - it has not. All the stains are gone. The dog seems to know she better use the pads! No more accidents. Maybe they cleaned deep enough that it removed the scent of her previous spots. I used two '$99 per 4 or 5 areas' coupons, so I paid right around $198, give or take. I've been recommending this company to everyone who saw their truck, or who, in talking, mentions they want to have this type of work done. I will be booking this company again for my spring window cleaning. I was going to give the 'gift of a deep cleaning' to my son and his wife for their new house, but they live up in Canton, and right now, Technicare isn't going that far out. They said they would if they had another house to do - like a friend of my son's or a neighbor of their's. Economy in numbers. Absolutely pleased with both services I have purchased from this company. Now if I could get them to stain our deck, we'd be in business!!

I was extremely impressed with the quality, cost and professionalism of this company. Workers went above and beyond expectations. They gladly put my screens in the basement for me, which I really appreciated, and asked if there was anything else I needed ( I didn't). My windows sparkle.
