Technicare Carpet Cleaning

They came on time,very professional and explained to me what they were going to do. They clean everything with attention. They answer all my questions and did several estimates for other services (windows and tile cleaning). they accidentally broke a vase on the patio and they gave me back the money to buy a new one. Great service at a great price. I will use them again for sure and raccomend them to my friends.

I was happy with the results of the carpet cleaning. I was disappointed in the reaction I received from my request to clean my area rug. The technician was reluctant to clean the wool rug because he said it would smell like a wet sheep. I suppose that makes sense, but he was unable to suggest an alternative other than spraying it with deodorant.

GREAT job! The basement hallway carpet looked horrible due to pet stains, carpet cleaning solutions & powders and dirt. Now it looks brand new! So new, I don't have to replace it. Stairs and landing look great too. Excellent service, very professional staff and great results. I will definitely use their services again. I recommend Technicare to everyone!

Indicated what was covered by deal; determined any additional requirements on my part and quickly computed any addition all charges. The team showed up as promised, determined what needed to be done, finished work, cleaned up and were gone in about 2 hours - for 58 windows.

2 persons came out and cleaned the gutters in mid march. We have a 4,000 sq ft house with 2 stories plus a walkin basement. They were very professional, and did an outstanding job. I hired them again to clean all the windows and Chandelier. My test for window cleaners is how good they do on the Chandelier. They made sure everything was like they found it after finishing. It was outstanding. I would definitely hire them again for these services.

The service was as professional as I've ever had! They were absolutely perfect. They cleaned up after the work and wouldn't accept payment until the work was complete. We had one thing we asked them to change and they did so. They were professional and courteous.

They told me lies several times. The first time they called me and told me they were on the site. I told them I would be there in 5 minutes. When I got there, they were not there. They called me later and said that they couldn't do the work because the gutter was frozen. Fact of the matter is, they were never actually there on the site. I asked that the next time they call ahead of time. They told me that they would call me before they came, they did not. My tenant told me they came out, and did something, but it did not fix the problem. I am upset, but I do not like to give bad ratings. I want the company to succeed, but I would like this issue to be resolved and for them to learn from this mistake.

They provided us with a courtesy phone call the day of the appointment to let us know what time we should expect them. When they arrived they cleaned all gutters and gave us an update as to how clean or dirty they were. Very professional...will call for back for future services!

It was fine. Generally good service. There were some leaves left over. The staff was very good. They provide a good service.

I never committed to get the job done. It fell off my radar due to my busy schedule. I would like to use the window cleaning services to use the credit I purchased.

Two very professional guys did a good job. The cleaning was quiet and fast. They come two times to my home, at the first attempt I had my gutters icy. They was punctual and kind.

I was very impressed and would definitely call again.

Performed as expected

Took a few months to get on the calendar (weather delay, popularity of their gutter cleaning deal) but once we finally got the appointment it went well. Service was done as promised and the service tech (Nik) was courteous and professional. Their focus is solely on cleaning the gutter and they don't do repairs. He did make some recommendations on self fixing a dripping downspout but would have preferred a more full service gutter service. If you're looking for simple gutter cleaning, a good value.

It went satisfactory. The first visit they did not bring the appropriate ladder, and had to finish at a later date. I am not sure if they came back at the date they were supposed to though. I was told they would come back the following Friday, however the Monday after that Friday I received a call stating they were on the way to finish the job. Not that big of a deal since I do not have to be home for their work to be completed.

Outstanding work by this team. Very professional. The first visit was at the beginning of February and the side of my house is almost 35 feet to the roof. They had to go back and get their 40 foot ladder so we rescheduled. When they arrived the next time they did a great job and only charged me $49. Very impressed and will use again. If you have a very high roof line like i do please let them know so it will save them the time to bring the correct ladder.

Guest dog had had an accident on 1 of the rugs and the other had food and beverages spilled on it. Both rugs looked like new after the cleaning. The 2 couches were clean and fresh.

The two men who did the job were professional, very efficient, left no sign (other than sparkling, clean windows) that they had been there, and also, they were personable. I felt very comfortable having them in my home.

It was a very cold day and I was afraid they might not come but they did. They arrived on time and were here for a few hours. The windows are very clean. A job well done. I would definitely use them again.

Great job! They came a day early because they knew the weather was forecast to be snowy tomorrow. They introduced themselves before beginning the job and gave me a report of what they did at the completion of the job. Due to the slippery conditions on some parts of the wet roof, they will be returning at no charge to finish the job. Highly recommend!
