Technicare Carpet Cleaning

Awesome service and great work would have given them A on quality but they missed checking the closets and carpet cleaning the same in my master but overall great job. Would definitely call them again.

Thorough, professional, customer-focused

They were supposed to clean most carpeted areas. Only one person came, and just did not take the time to either thoroughly spot the carpet or move all movable furniture. I was told he did not have the strong spot cleaner. The equipment broke, so he could not finish the downstairs carpeted areas. The invoice was adjusted, but I was really disappointed with the results. Have had better outcomes from other companies on Angie's List. I have had other carpet cleaners here, and never had my cats panic as they did this time. Not sure what happened, and I do not blame the person here. Maybe the smell of the "stuff" he used was foreign to them.

I had moved many items the day before to make easy access for the crew. They moved the larger items and advised they ordinarily move items with exception of oversize/weight pieces. From estimate to scheduling to the job itself, we are pleased with the overall experience with Technicare and would recommend. Oh, the carpet looks great considering it's age!

This, without a doubt, is the best value I have seen in a very long time. The workers were extremely courteous, friendly and professional. They arrived on time and were finished quickly while doing a fantastic job. The company itself called me back as soon as I ordered the service through Angie's. They then sent a very professional e mail confirmation and followed up the day before with another e mail. I can't recommend this company and their services enough and will utilize them again.

The windows look great. I was really pleased with the service and with the fact I could schedule the whole thing online and didn't need to be there when they came to clean the windows. We currently have renters in our home and I hate to make them "wait around" for service providers. Technicare came, cleaned and did a great job. Would recommend!!

Robbie and Nick arrived on time and asked what services I expected them to perform. After discussing it, they went straight to work and finished in a reasonable amount of time. All the windows looked great and everything was put back that they needed to move! Great job and very professional young men!

The worker was prompt, polite and professional. He did not use a blower. He said the company did not use them. You cannot get everything by sweeping. He worked very hard. However I won't use them again because I prefer the blower method which leaves mush cleaner surfaces.

I was SO impressed with Technicare. We have had a steady stream of very interesting (and sometimes scary) characters in the disguise of carpet cleaners since we moved to Atlanta, and I am very happy to have finally found one that I trust and that does a great job. The techs showed up on time, did the job as described, and didn't try to nickel and dime me for ridiculous charges. There were no hidden costs, and the carpets looked great when they were finished. Perhaps the most important thing to me is that they were well-mannered, polite, and considerate of my time, my pets, and my children while they were in my home. I will be contacting them for their services in the future.

These people are awesome, super responsive, and easy to deal with. I made a mistake in scheduling, and they still came out again to fix the problem that I had caused!

They had a busy/full schedule but worked to get me in to have the work done before my in-laws came for a visit. The work was beautiful. Everyone was incredibly professional, well spoken, punctual, polite. All the interactions and end result FAR exceeded any other service experience I've had in I can't even tell you how many years. I would pretty much hire them to do anything. They hire great people and train them well. So simple yet so rare.

They scheduled estimate appointment for 7/9, but didn't show up, when I called, someone had removed my appointment. They came out 7/13 to complete the estimate. Appointment for the work to be completed was scheduled for 7/31, which he was on time for. However, he advised that the windowsills were included in the estimate, but didn't clean any of the internal window sills. Door frame around the back screen door was left uncleaned. I feel like if I paid for windows to be cleaned, I paid for all of each window to be cleaned and not just the glass. The work that was completed was done well.

This entire experience from start to finish was pleasant and professional. Nick came out to give me an estimate in a timely manner. I was fortunate to get a prompt service date due to the time of year - busy for washing windows. Nick and his associate arrived on time and set to work quickly. They were smiling and energetic, very courteous and neat in appearance. I told them which windows I'm very particular about being clean because I see out them so much. They took particular care here and even asked to come in so they could see if the outsides of the windows were clean. Nick agreeably went back to touch up a few edges for me, some on a very large and high window. They were offering a discount so the price was very good for the amount and quality of work done. It was done entirely by hand. I look forward to hiring this company again as I need other projects done.
