Technicare Carpet Cleaning

This is the second time they have done our windows and they also did gutters in Spring. Did a Great job each time. I have recommended them to several neighbors and friends. Very Professional, pleasant to deal with and good pricing. If their quality of work and professionalism stays the same, I will continue to use Technicare for my services.

Mine was a big job and they came back to do some touch up after sealing the stone work. They were on time, and focused on the job the whole time. My windows looked great too. I'm quite particular about my home and work done on it, and I would recommend this team!

I was very pleased with the window cleaning service! They arrived right on time, and had sent email reminders and called about 45 minutes ahead of time, and were very professional. I thought they might pressure spray some of the second story outside windows, but they hand cleaned every one. They had plenty of ladders to reach even the really high windows. They removed the screens and replaced them after cleaning the windows. Everything was sparkling by the time the left. They were even sweet to my dog.

They arrived earlier than scheduled which was great. They were very courteous and nice. So when I asked what constituted a window, they informed that each side (inside vs. outside) counted as a surface towards the 40 windows. So I therefore asked them to wash all of the outside windows and 4 windows on both the inside and outside as they were 2nd story windows. I then said let's see where we are afterwards in terms of the count. Well, they cleaned what I originally specified as 1st priority and then left! Now I had other repair people in & out during their visit (I was home that day so scheduled several appointments beforehand), but after they left I realized what they had cleaned did not add up to 40 windows. In actuality, they only cleaned 24 windows. I could have had every window in my house cleaned on both the inside and outside yet they never bothered to check back to see if I wanted the remaining windows cleaned. Yes, I was distracted because I had other people in the house but I thought it wasn't very professional to just sneak off like that. Otherwise, what they did clean was great! I was very happy with what they did clean, but didn't like that the full service was not performed.

It turned out fine. They were good. I had no issues with them. I didn't pay any additional costs to the big deal price. They were on time.

They were very prompt, professional and saved my life because I was hosting a wedding and a prior company I booked for the cleaning cancelled last minute. I called Technicare in a panic, they went out of their way to call a second truck and completed the work that same afternoon.

My need was for a more timely service and the vendor could not or would not accommodate. I suppose it is good for them that they are so busy; but, I would have liked to know of the 6-week advanced notice schedule prior to my purchase, which has now been refunded.

This company was more than accommodating. They were polite, easy to work with, and they didn't try to up-sell me. I would certainly recommend them.

IT DID NOT GO, NO ONE SHOWED UP, GUTTER ARE STILL FILLED WITH LEAVES AND I AM OUT $99 DOLLARS.

I set up the appointment for them to come and clean the gutters. I thought it was great that the offer did not require me to be at home during the service. They came out cleaned the gutter and emailed me when it was done. the only thing that I would have appreciated is some before and after pictures of the gutters. I bought this service because I do not own a latter that will allow me to go up that high. So it was kind of disappointing to truly not know if they were clean or not. Then after that they sent me a email asking me about the service. I really did not have anything to say. I wasn't there to meet the technician and I can't vouch for the quality because I never looked in the gutters.

They were great! Since I only had two areas and the deal was for more, they threw in a little extra spray, stain remover, etc. They also moved the furniture which no one ever does. I'll definitely call them for other services.
