Description of Work: After purchasing the deal, RIA contacted me and scheduled an appointment. They were on time and checked the entire house for creature entrances. There were several holes in attic, but one main entrance at the corner of the house where squirrels were nesting. RIA presented a very in-depth proposal for total extraction of the squirrels. Very professional and clear as to what had to be done to solve my problem. I went with the total extraction, even though the work done for the deal was sufficient for a quick fix, there were other potential places in the attic and around the foundation that needed attention. I haven't heard any squirrels running around anymore and problem solved. Every one that worked on this project was friendly and actually was concerned about my happiness and need for a solution. Enjoyed working with this company. |After purchasing 3 deals, this is the first successful Deal. RIA has changed my view on Deals --- They were Great!!!!
