I am miserable every spring/summer due to the biting bugs in my yard. I cannot enjoy being outside and usually get bitten several times between getting out of my car to the front door - which is just a few steps. After the spraying, I have been able to get out in my yard without bites and afterwards - that miserable, terrible itching!!! I am THRILLED and plan to continue the program. I realize we chose to pay for a service that is typically included in the sales process for an exterminator - ie the initial inspection and estimate. However we had 2 other companies come out and do a free inspection/service quote, and the results were both contradictory and inadequate. In one case the "tech" knew less than I did about termite symptoms, and the other "tech" just wanted to write a quote and had no interest in looking around the house for evidence of specific problems. I was worried about a couple of spots that might have shown insect burrowing, and I wanted to KNOW if we had a problem anywhere else, with a focused treatment there, not just a "we'll install our system in 5 spots and everything will eventually be fine we're pretty sure". We chose to pay for the inspection service so I could set clear expectations for the comprehensive inspection and level of expertise I wanted before buying any services. And that's what we got. The inspection tech who arrived was knowledgeable, was willing to hear my areas of concern and did a good job of answering questions related to both insect and rodent symptoms (I suspected squirrel or bird activity in the attic). He then performed a very detailed inspection and took photos of all trouble spots. Most of the areas I was concerned about were not problems, one was and he included a spot treatment in his estimate for that plus one other area he detected. That additional problem area was located in the far corner of our unfinished basement, against an outer wall, and behind a bunch of boxes and large storage items, where we never go and the lighting is poor. I was really impressed that he found it (and took a photo to show me the activity he found), so it gave me a lot of confidence in his overall inspection and that we didn't have any undetected ongoing problem in the house that we were leaving untreated. His final report contained detailed findings across the property with photos and comments, and provided treatment and prevention recommendations for overall property, targeted spot treatments, and animal trapping. We ended up using his inspection report to manage the insect treatment plan, but were able to reduce the proposed treatment cost by over $200 by purchasing a separate service coupon through Angie's List with that same provider. (There were a couple of issues with the coupon use/invoicing for that but ultimately resolved okay and I'll report that with the treatment service review). We have been very happy with the quality of the results and we plan to use them to prevent rodent return (apparently we had had some flying squirrel activity in the attic).

We are very happy with this service. We received Skyline Pest Solution's mosquito treatment for the first time at the end of mosquito season in 2014. It was so effective that we now have a contract for their mosquito treatment for all of 2015. They have come in April, May and will be coming next week for our June treatment. We have not had one mosquito bite this year. We care for our 2 year old granddaughter who loves to play outside and is very sensitive to insect bites. What a positive difference this service has made for us. (It is recommended that children and animals wait 30 min. after a treatment before going outside. We wait longer than that but I was glad to learn that the chemicals used are less toxic than I expected.)

It went well. They sent the information as they said they would. A serviceman showed up on Friday morning and did the work. I am mosquito free.

Skyline Pest Solutions performed a great service. Very professional, responsive, excellent work ethic. The only downside is the price. $1,250 for a 2,500 sq foot house is a bit pricey. But then again, it took them 5 visits to do the job properly (as it should). After he was done the poor squirrels are in search for a new attic! I would definitely use them again. Thanks for the terrific job!

Excellent job done . Satisfied. Monitor and insect traps installed were very effective. Also cant see any bugs indoor or outdoor for now.

Worked great, very few mosquitoes in our yard all summer.

It was a wonderful experience. We were so concerned with the onslaught of the mosquitoes in our yard. The situation was preventing us from enjoying our yard with our 1 1/2 yr. old granddaughter. This was the first time we had used an outdoor pest control service. We plan to contract them for the preventative / maintenance service this year.

We hired Skyline for both a home inspection and then termite protection after we had purchased the home. It turned out they missed some serious damage during the inspection and 9 months after they "treated" the home we literally had termites pouring out of the walls. After I fired them and had another company come out they found serious issues in several spots of our home. We also pulled up the Skyline bait traps and found that most were filled with just regular wood and the green cellulose canisters - no active bait was ever installed in most of them despite having activity reported. This is like a buffet for termites! The Skyline inspector kept ensuring us for over six months there was activity in the lower traps and they were eating the poison 'like it was designed"... all that was happening was the traps were encouraging the termites to come to the house as Skyline never swapped out the canisters to the ones with the termite poison. They were just feeding the termites with cans marked "For monitoring only - contains NO active ingredients". Using Skyline was a disaster. Now I am termite damage in my sheetrock and studs and flying termites in the bedroom. They repaired the damage in the other bedroom - charging me $150 for about $30-$40 worth of window trim and some paint I didn't want, and they had the GALL to start hounding me for payment less than 2 days after the work was done - this included calling before 9am. Pretty pathetic considering it was their failure to begin with. They did not provide the services I paid for, and now I have to tear out sheetrock and replace lumber in my $300k house. I trusted them with my house and they failed on all levels. It turns out Skyline never even treated under the concrete pads on two sides of my home. The new company drilled holes and treated the areas. The Skyline branch we used was out of McDonough.

They did a good job and explained what they were doing. We were totally satisfied with the service and inspection. He explained where pests could come in the home and how to prevent them.

That was great and I had no issues. I will continue using them on a quarterly basis.

The treatment turned out great and we switched over to them for our new pest control company. They come out during the mosquito season, which about 5 months. They also come out for other pest treatments too. They have been great. Their prices are also very competitive.

They were great and scheduling was easy. The technician was very responsive, on-time and professional to work with.

It really worked well. We have a 4th of July party every year, and we were working in the yard and the mosquitoes were horrible. We would put bug spray on our exposed skin and they were biting us through our clothes. They were professional, courteous, and worked us in before the party, and we didn't see a mosquito at all. It was amazing and well worth the money.

Very good. I was concerned that I had a mouse problem and wasn't sure how they were getting into the house. Great. Very professional. Did what he said he would do.

They were okay. Their service guy was really nice and I like how every time he came by he left kind of a note on the door with a summary of what he did.

We only had two phone conversations. I called to check what kind of chemicals they were using. They said it would be safe for pets and kids, but I didn't believe them. I was concerned with young kids and pets having access to it. I didn't end up using them because of their product. I have nothing negative to say about the company, but I don't use chemicals in or around my home.

While they were professional, and did everything on-time they could have done better. The first treatment was done in the rain which made it less effective. I wish they would have rescheduled. Scheduling could have been better. The cost was very reasonable. The end result could have been better.

The service was prompt and excellent. They emailed and called the day before coming. Some of our neighbors had tried similar services in the past and complained that they seemed to be washed away with the first rain. We have been mosquito free for over a month now, and that was after only 1 treatment. I wish that I had done this sooner as now I can actually work outside in the yard without being constantly bitten by mosquitoes.
