The technician was very thorough. He blasted those areas where mosquitoes live and breed. We have not had any mosquito's since the treatment. We are able to use our backyard again.

He was efficient, prompt, informative & friendly.

Since we moved into the home 7/12, we've been using Skyline Pest Solutions for almost a year. When we moved into the home we noticed a lot of creepy crawlies that we did not care for. We first signed up for the quarterly treatment of insects due to our home being close to the woods and a small pond. Rick at Skyline is a wonderful technician!!! He tells you in advance how he's going to treat any issues. If something should fail he will be back out to your residence in a snap. This past March we also decided to go with the termite treatment. Since the home is 17 years old and did not show that it was treated in the past for termites we decided to purchase the termite protection. We are VERY pleased with the Skyline Pest Solution!!!

John was prompt, professional, explained what he did, answered all of my questions. I will definitely use this company again.

I happened to get the name of this company through our realtor. They highly recommended them! They have been very cooperative and thorough. The termite control has a life time warrantee and the pest control comes out every 3 months to treat for ants, earwigs, cockroaches, spiders, etc. They have been very patience and flexible with us. They are very polite about working with us about this new home. The man that came out was very knowledgeable and was able to educate us about the area as we are new. I really appreciated this!

We started using Skyline Pest Solutions about a year ago when we had a problem with ants in our home. They came out and treated the ants and we signed up for an annual contract with them. They come every quarter and treat our home for all types of insects. Since we started with their service we have had very few insects. We have been very pleased with their services. The technicial is very friendly and professional. They call us the day before to let us know they will be coming and they are always punctual. We intend to keep on using them and would refer them to our friends. This year we decided to have them treat our yard for misquitos. We have just had one treatment so we do not know how well it is working yet.

Skyline was recommended to me several years ago and has performed our monthly pest control ever since. They have always done a great job and I will continue to use them for their great service.

They are very responsive, knowledgeable, and they do very good work. I would continue to use them.

The initial occurrence went well. 10 months later I heard critters again, they came and took care of and trapped again. A few months later and after I had paid another $125 to extend the warranty, I had a squirrel run across the floor. They have come back and worked on it some more. Currently, they are to come back tomorrow, since their last trap check and this one, I have had a flying critter "bat" fly around my bedroom. In sum, these are some nice folks and I appreciate them coming and attempting to remedy my situation. However, I spend a lot of money to not have any issue and wish it would all come to an end. I would have been much happier to spend bid dollars on the front end and never have any need for them to come back.

Everything has gone real well. They are in and out and never had any problems. They treat the exterior to make sure I do not have any issues inside and also clean up spider webs, etc.

My review is detailed but I could have potentially harmed my family?s health if I had followed the direction of the technician from Skyline. Do you really want to do business with a company that doesn?t even understand the pesticides they are using? I hope the answer is no. This is a lengthy review but a good testament to why you do not want to do business with Skyline Pest Solutions; please read. We began using Skyline to perform the quarterly service to our house in 2007; originally the company was CRC Services. We had been pleased with the service of the other company but noticed that the service went downhill once Skyline Pest Solutions took over. The final straw that lead to cancellation of our service was how their management handled the following service issue. We keep firewood in the backyard to use during the winter in our indoor fireplace. After one of our quarterly treatments during the summer, the technician was going over all the treatments he did that day and mentioned he had treated the firewood. I asked why he did that and he responded that I had requested it because I noticed bugs around the firewood. Folks, why would I ask anyone to spray chemicals on firewood that I burn in the house where my family lives? The answer is I did not ask for the firewood to be treated and never even said anything about there being any bugs around the firewood. The technician explained to me that he sprayed it with chemicals that are acceptable and would wash off by the time I would need the firewood in the winter. I still felt uneasy about using the firewood, even though the technician stated it would be okay. I then proceeded to ask them to remove the firewood and reimburse me for what I paid for the firewood because I just didn?t feel comfortable burning it in the home. The technician stated again that the firewood would be fine to burn in the home and said it would not pose any health issues to my family. During the next visit, he gave me a copy of the label from the chemical he used and circled where it stated, ??may be used for lumber or burned after 30 days.? He left me with the label, so I decided to read the entire label later and saw that at the end of the next paragraph it states ?DO NOT treat firewood with this product.? Please see the picture I?ve attached so you can see what I?m talking about. At this point, I was obviously upset that my pest control company had misled me to think something was okay when it really was not. I proceeded to ask them to remove the firewood and reimburse me $155 for the 1/2 cord. They proceeded to say they would replace the firewood with one of their guys. I mentioned I appreciate it but I don?t know the quality of the firewood from their guys and would appreciate the reimbursement of $155 so I can order it from the company I use for firewood. They then said they could reimburse me for $85 because that?s what their guy would charge but nothing more. We went back and forth several times, me asking them to do the right thing and pay the $155 for my inconvenience and continued loyalty despite this situation. They basically said, $85, take it or leave it. At that point, I asked for not only $155 again but also one quarterly service for free due to how ridiculous this has become and the potential danger they had put my family in. They again said no to the $155 as well as the additional service. I took the $85 and canceled my service. I could have potentially harmed my family?s health if I had burned that firewood in my home. Do you really want to do business with a company that doesn?t even understand the pesticides they are using? I hope the answer is no. Find a different company and do not go with Skyline. I know they tried, but I couldn?t believe they were willing to loose a loyal customer for the difference of $70, especially considering how at fault they were and how they misled me.

They do a good job. In the past they sprayed inside and out, but recently stopped spraying inside. We have now agreed for them to return spraying inside. We don't have any bug problems, so they seem to be a pretty good and reliable service.

Brian and his team are amazing! They responded immediately...even on a holiday! They follow up and make sure everything is ok. They are knowledgeable and go the extra mile to find out any information necessary to do the job.

I chose them because of the relationship I had with them in the years passed and their customer service is really good.

I am not that happy with them right now, but we have used them for years and they have been fantastic. The technician that comes is always friendly. The only problem we have had is that this year, we did not get a bill for renewal, which we always received in the past. This time we just got a final notice stating our service was canceled. So I called them and they said they had a new computer system or something. I paid them the other day and they still haven't called to set up an appointment. The people are super fantastic and I never had a problem with them before. I feel very comfortable with them in my home.

They come at your schedule and are very flexible. If they don't need to go inside they can come when you're not there and leave you a bill. They always call the morning to remind you they are coming. Overall we have been very pleased.

I met one of the owners a couple years ago and we just went with them and have been happy with them since. They are knowledgeable about their service and willing to come out immediately if we have a problem.

We like that they are locally owned and not a huge chain.

They are very quick to respond to any call. Over the past 4 years we have only had 2 issues, and the sub contractor they have is excellent. Both the company and the contractor are prompt, courteous and always on time.

They are okay. They haven't done anything above and beyond, but they also have not done anything to make me mad. I will continue to use them in the future.

They came even though the weather was not very nice and did what they said they would do. We've not had any problems at all since then and they are very reasonably priced!

They do an excellent job. They are very dependable.

I have always had a great experience with them. I know the owner and quite a few people that also use them and I have never heard of any customer service problems.

I have used them for several years but I do not have to have a contract with them as if I don t need them to come, I just have to call them. They are very dependable. It is usually one of three different servicemen that come out. I even allow them to come into my home if I'm not home as I trust them that much.
