The inspection went well and the problem was spotted. We set a date for the work to be done. I had several conflicts and it took a while for me to find a date available but RIA's office was very patient and over several weeks checked in with me to see if a time/date could be scheduled. We finally were able to set a date in January for the work to be done. We're please with the process and the service and hope we are rodent-free. RIA guarantees their work and we look forward to their care in the future.

Quick, professional, and gets rid of bugs.

They were very efficient and were very accommodating. I also received emails and a phone call afterwards to make I was happy and if I wanted to do anything else.

The lady who set up the appointments was great. She let me know what to expect. They were flexible around my schedule and arrived on time. The service took about 30-45 mins and we were done. Would use them again.

They do a very good job and they are reasonably priced too. They were very attentive and they kept coming back check the traps that they set up to make sure the job they did was complete.

Installation of termite baits and service

We found this on angieslist and left them the message via phone. They responded very quickly and made a appointment for us. Robert, the service man arrived the property earlier than us. He called us and had already started his work when we arrived. After his about 40-50 min inspection, he pointed out all the damage and possible damage of house for me with the pictures he took in his cellphone. He also gave us some suggestion on how to fix the damages. The final inspection is detailed and easy to be understood.

Very convenient. They will treat the inside the first time and then can do everything outside from then on. If there is ever an issue, they will get out and great any potential "problem area" ASAP.

The inspector didn't rush through the inspection, was friendly and answered all of our questions.

After reading so many good reviews from Angie's list and other sources I was disappointed with Skyline, not so much with regards to the technical services provided but mainly due to the lack of consideration with the customer. I considered Skyline's termite protection services early this year after I met with their sales representative in a promotional visit to the company I work for. After looking at other offers, I closed with Skyline based on the quarterly inspection they offered. Although their technical job did not fully meet my quality standards (some small holes were left on my wall without being covered), I was overall satisfied with the installation. After the first three months passed by, I was starting to wonder about the quarterly inspection. Since we did not receive the visit, I contacted Skyline and was informed that the visit had already occurred and that a door hanger was left on the door. I asked that next time, I would like the technician to ring the bell, since we did not find any hanger on door. Our request was noted. Another three months later, I again contacted Skyline to inquiry about the next inspection. I was told that the inspection took place on Sept. 11 and that the technician proceeded with the inspection since nobody was at home. Again no door hanger was found. I replied to inform that on that date I was working from home and that, absolutely, no one has visited the house. I complaint and said that as far as I knew the inspection that was promised has not been honored and that the invoices that they have for each inspection is not to me a proof that the inspections were made. That's when Skyline became silent. I then looked contacted the sales representative that visited my company to see if she would intercede. She pretty much said that her job was to sell the services and that there was not much she could do. That summarized the customer focus of Skyline. Based on that experience I am giving a very low rate for responsiveness (to address my concerns), punctuality (as I am not sure if any of the quarterly inspections have taken place at all) and professionalism.

RIA arrived earlier than scheduled and performed the service I paid for with honesty--did not attempt to scare me with lies about discovering termites on my property. For that reason, I will hire RIA to inspect my property on a regular basis.

Treated entire property for mosquitoes.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out very well. It was my first time to use them. They were very nice. They explained the problem. The reason I had it done is because I haven't had a termite inspection in a couple of years and I just wanted to do it heads up and they noticed that there had been a slight infestation so they suggested several different options and I picked the one I felt was best. They left me with some brochures on different options and then a couple of days later, I called them back to have it installed so it was my choice. There was no pressure or anything like that. I think they were very professional.

We had a mixed experience. We had just moved to the area and bought a home, and Skyline was highly recommended by our real estate agent, so we went with them. We paid for a year's worth of termite and insect control at the closing on the house. The problems were with their organization and scheduling--although we had prepaid and signed all the documents, nobody had showed up over 10 days after we moved in. The house had a fairly significant spider problem, so I called Skyline to figure out what was going on with the delay and to see when they could get out. They said they had no record of our agreement or payment and were unapologetic about this. We had to re-do the documentation; they eventually found the payment we made. Because of the lost paperwork, it was another week or so before they could get out for our first service, which we weren't happy about. On the plus side, and probably more importantly, the service itself was very well done. The employees who came to do both services (the insect and termite services were on separate dates) were very professional and friendly, and they did a great job as far as we can tell.

They sprayed all parts of the property and put ??fungicide in standing water I couldn't do anything about.

They came to the appointment on time, were very thorough and we were very happy with the service.

What I thought was BAD NEWS turned out to be GREAT NEWS! I went to our rental house to meet the RIA technician to spray the yard for mosquitoes, which are terrible at that house. He called me to see where I was, since he was waiting at MY house by mistake...and he had already sprayed MY yard since he thought I was just late! Once his office confirmed to him by phone that it was their mistake, they were going to send him to spray the rental house's yard for free. I fortunately decided to go ahead and pay him for both houses since the price was so good and it was an honest mistake. Now the GREAT news! The next day my veterinarian advised me to de-flea my house and yard since my dog had a really bad skin allergy. I checked the product the tech had used for the mosquitoes and discovered it also KILLS FLEAS!!! There's a whole list of plant pests it kills, too, so he took care of my fleas, mosquitoes, and the plant bugs too, at a great price!!! YEA!

It went very smoothly. I called Mickey Spillane to set up the service. He did a great job explaining the services offered to me. He explained what they did, the process, the cost, their follow up services and guarantee, and when it would be safe for our dog to be in the area sprayed. Our technician, Tom Jackson was also great. He came out on time and introduced himself when he arrived. He explained how he would be applying the pesticide and answered all of my questions. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable with him working in our home. After the work was done, he left us a sheet with the information for the chemicals that were used in the treatment. Skyline later sent us an email with the billing amount due. The payment process was very easy to complete online. I was very happy with Skyline from start to finish and will continue to use them for pest control!

Remedied the issue in 1 of 2 areas. Still have ants in our wash room, but not overbearing.

Jim was extremely thorough. He went over everything with a fine tooth comb and explained everything he found. He pointed out not only what he thought needed repairs but also everything that was in real good shape especially for a house the age that I purchased. I was moving from out of state and Jim's inspection provided quite a bit of comfort in the process.

I was pleased with the work they did.

They are prompt and show up when they say they will. They call me to remind me of the service so I don’t have to remember to do it.

Their service has turned out very well. We have had a recurring ant problem and they have been very responsive to that issue. They come out immediately and we do not get charged extra for that problem. They are very thorough, polite, and timely if you have a problem. I have been extremely pleased with the company.

It went really well. They were on time and very friendly. The service has met our expectations and we haven't seen any mosquitoes since their visit.

The technician was very thorough. He blasted those areas where mosquitoes live and breed. We have not had any mosquito's since the treatment. We are able to use our backyard again.
