It’s been great. We’ve seen a big reduction in the number of mosquitoes. They didn't use any type of special products for any pets/children. When I've spoken to the customer service for scheduling, they've been very flexible. Last night, I was bit several times, however.

I was out of town and a neighbor let them in. We just found out we had active termite in our living room wood floors. They treated everything accordingly, honoring the price I bought the service through Angie's list. Upon my arrival we communicated with them, and they will do maintenance for us and we will use them for future inspections and service. We are so thankful for their service and their ability to get here quickly and resolve our Termite Crisis. We highly recommend their company.

Everything went well. They were on time and let us know the day before that they would be coming out. I would use them again.

They treated the yard, heavily infested with mosquitoes and we have been mosquito free since. They are very professional, accommodating, and the treatment works great.

He arrived promptly and did what was requested. He was also very friendly and addressed any questions that I had.

The representative was very punctual and explained the process to me. He took about 20-30 minutes to perform the first treatment. I was outside on the deck over the weekend and saw only one mosquito. A friend who attracts mosquitoes like a magnet was over last night and she did not see one. Very successful so far!

We bought three mosquito treatments as part of an Angie's List Big Deal. Having tried the do-it-yourself outdoor sprays with no noticeable impact, I will say I was skeptical but figured it couldn't hurt, especially at the discounted price. First treatment was done the week before July 4th and I am very happy to report that we spent all of the holiday out on the back porch with no mosquitoes to be seen or, more importantly, felt. Very impressed with the service. In addition RIA is great about calling/emailing to let you know when the tech will be coming. Would highly recommend.

We recently moved into a new house and noticed there were quite a lot of mosquitoes around the house. We saw this Angie's List Deal for 3 months of mosquito control yard treatments and decided to give it a try. Upon purchasing, we were contacted quickly and professionally to schedule service. It couldn't have been easier and we didn't even have to be home for the treatment. We received an emailed report on the same day explaining the service performed and the treatments used. So far, we've only had one treatment but I would say virtually all mosquitoes around our house are gone. We grilled outside for the 4th of July and were out back with kids lighting sparklers at night and there was not a single mosquito bite! I would recommend this service if you're fed up with mosquitoes.

It was perfect! They knocked it out. They were great people! My wife was at home at the time, and they sent 1 tech for the initial visit. After that, they did a treatment where it was needed and installed the system.

RIA staff were very professional and punctual. They did everything as per my expectation. Also provided me the rodent control estimates during the same visit. I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in Pest control services and I will hire them again, if needed.

I had gotten it for a birthday gift for a friend. It went well. He had one service. I think he did a second and there is one more service due. The cost was $99 for three treatments. I guess, the mosquito treatment is doing fine. He had no complaints. I think he said there is not as many mosquitoes as he usually had. They were on time and professional. They offer other suggestions also for things that they see which we don't pay attention to. They're nice and friendly.

They gave a larger than expected time window, but came on the early end and per my request called so I could be sure I was home. The treatment to this point in time has worked well for our property and we have noticed a significant decrease in mosquito activity! I'm able to garden or play with my baby outside without giving blood to those suckers! Everything about the service was great. My only disappointment was that though my vegetable garden was pointed out and visibly stands out with designated walkways, the technician accidentally stepped in one of my vegetable beds (missing the plants that had already come up). When I pointed this out, he expressed his embarrassment over his mistake. I told him not to worry about it as he missed the plants.

Contacted location service to locate and map the cable and telephone entries into my home ahead of time. Arrived on time and began the inspection of the home inside and out. He then placed all of the bait stations in the ground by drilling a hole in the ground then placing the stations with bait. All stations were mapped around the house with grid paper and detail scans of the serial numbers of the traps. After the technician presented documentation and info and about potential termite problems around the house. No active infestations were found so no treatment was required. Very professionally accomplished and quickly too.

So far so good. Provider was on time and very informative. They have an automated reminder system to let me know they would be there the next day. We have had one Mosquito application and so far no mosquitoes. It's Mid-May so I want to give it a little more time before I claim success. Overall I would recommend this provider.

I will definitely keep using RIA Solutions. After I purchased a first mosquito treatment from RIA through Angie's list, I was immediately contacted. When I was ready to schedule, I called them and everything was explained thoroughly and scheduled promptly. My appointment was also confirmed the day before. When their representative arrived, he could not have been nicer. He was very thorough and even blew off my driveway! I will continue with monthly service throughout the summer and early fall. I am looking forward to a mosquito free yard all summer!

They treated last year late summer/early fall....we were mosquito free! After two treatments this spring, we are still enjoying our back porch and yard without mosquitoes :)

It went well. They're good and very friendly. They tell you what what they were talking about adn they're really concerned with it. They're a little bit pricey.

All service providers have arrived on schedule. They have been courteous and professional. They have provided an overview of the services they would provide each time they have come to the house, updated us on their progress, and overviewed the work to be done on future visits. Someone always calls a few days ahead to confirm scheduled visits.

I was seeing signs of rodents in my basement. I bought a $99 Big Deal through Angie's List for RIA to set traps in my basement and to examine the outside of my home to determine where the rodents were entering. The deal included two checks of the traps they set. They did a very thorough job but explained that no warranty could be offered unless they also performed an "exclusion" - that is sealing all the gaps on the outside of my home, preventing re-infestation. I decided to go for the extra work and I'm very glad I did. They came back within a week with a crew of four men who inspected the outside of my home literally from top to bottom. They sealed all gaps with steel mesh and/or flashing. Then they set traps to eliminate any rodents that may have been sealed into the house during the exclusion process. Most importantly, the work came with a guarantee - if I notice any re-infestation they'll come back and take care of it with no charge. The $99 I spent for the Big Deal was put toward the overall price of the work. I was very please with RIA. The workers were polite and knew their business. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone with a pest problem.

They also installed screening at at possible points of entry in both spaces. In order that screening could be installed in the attic they removed and reinstalled gutter covers and cleaned out squirrel nests and debris from the gutters. They worked quickly, cleaned up after the installations well and were prompt, pleasant and polite.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it went very good. This was an ongoing problem so we decided to use them to surround the house with protection so that the problem would not happen again. They did what they said they were going to do and there were no problems.

Good consulting and explanation of all the potential option. On time execution. Very reliable.
