Description of Work: We have used Pest Control outfits in the past that we got through Angie's List but they were nothing compared to Skyline Pest Solutions. These guys are professional, savvy about animals, and really work at finding solutions to all kinds of pest problems. They are amazingly on time, every time and their office people are friendly and excellent at scheduling appointments.

Description of Work: I had quarterly pest control and annual termite protection services with "RIA" before they merged with "Skyline". The transition had been seamless: no price change, no schedule change, no technician change even. Customer service is wonderful on the phone. Service works generally, and when we have a problem they are quick to correct and advise about prevention.

Description of Work: We have a wooded acre on a hill. The deal was for an acre of mosquito treatment. The man did not treat the whole acre and was finished in too short a time. He just walked around the house and sprayed what the spray would reach from there.

Our office manager, Greg Keilwiz, spoke with [member name removed] on 12/23/14 about the service. There was a mis-communication about the area we were supposed to treat. The price reflected the area around her home vs. the quote we left originally of $140.00 to treat her entire acre. She understood now why the whole lawn was not treated on the service. We apologized for the inconvenience. [member name removed] said she would update her review to reflect the resolution of her concerns.
