We have used them for years.
Description of Work: We use Reliance. We bought our home new and they installed the heating and air conditioning in the house when it was built and we just kept using. We have them come out every six months. We have a service contract and they do a twice a year maintenance.

Description of Work: New house. AC was not working. Reliance very friendly and responsive. Turned out to be a minor thing. (Unit breaker inserted upside down by builder or installer... this is normal but he just forgot to put it back) I called them again a few months later about a noise. Again they showed up when they said. Very cordial and helpful. Again no charge - still in warranty period. Just a tube making a vibrating noise. Padded it. All is fine.

Description of Work: 7/13/2013 installed new furnace, wouldn't come on when A/c called for it; installers had to get their service dept to come and fix the problem; 11/8/2013 turned heat on; burners would not stay lite; between 11/8/2013 and 12/28/2013 furnace went off on a safety 18 times - I reset it myself most of those times; on 12/27/2013 the furnace quit -- no heat, space temp 50 degrees; wire came off furnace control board that operated the dampers, thus no call for heat; 1/9/2014 they came out and adjusted the gas pressure and fan speed because it took hours for the furnace to satisfy the thermostat set point (68 degrees); they also set the furnace on blocks as I had to cut the "catch pan" to change the filter.

The people we had interactions with from this company were great. Everyone was very kind. Their part of the project was done on time with no set backs. After the house was finished, they had someone come out to make sure everything was working properly. We paid the main contractor the entire price of the project.
Description of Work: A couple of guys from Reliance Heating & Air Conditioning installed our new 3 ton, 14 SEER central air conditioning system with electric heat to our new 5 bedroom home.

In my opinion, they did a good thorough installation job. They used good, solid equipment that is energy efficient. We have not had any problems with keeping our home comfortable all year long. Our builder hired and paid them.

We were very lucky to have found such a good price for our new system and installation. This companies workers were very pleasant to talk with. They showed up when they said they would and they had the new system installed in very good time. We had all of our questions answered with no problems. The final product was done to perfection. They made sure that all the air lines were hooked up tight and had no air leaking out that would take away from the cooling of our home.
Description of Work: Reliance Heating & Air Conditioning installed a new outdoor 2.5 ton 13 SEER central air conditioning unit to our home.

It was good, the guy seemed to think our system was working well and he added some stuff. He said our problem must have been due to the air filters being old and dirty.
Description of Work: We had them come out in August because our AC did not seem to be working properly. When we called they suggested that we change the filters.

RIGGED A TEMPORARY FIX UNTIL THE NEEDED PART ARRIVED A WEEK LATER. HOWEVER, THEY WERE SO BUSY THAT IT TOOK THEM A WEEK TO MAKE INITIAL VISIT.

VERY TIMELY RESPONSE, THEY CAME THE DAY WE CALLED BECAUSE WATER WAS POURING THROUGH THE CEILING FROM THE ATTIC. REASONABLE CHARGE FOR CORRECTING THE PROBLEM. VERY PROFESSIONAL STAFF.
