Lance was on time, very courteous, professional and thorough. He took is time to explain what the issue was, the required repair and how to prevent a reoccurrence. We had just moved into the home and he took his time to walk through the entire house to give me a general layout of the plumbing at no charge. We will definitely be calling on Lance for all our future plumbing needs.

Lance Hamley [owner] replaced a shower valve cartridge that was very difficult to disassemble due to age and lime deposits. His expertise and knowledge prevented potential damage to piping inside the wall which would have been disastrous and costly to repair. He showed up on time and brought along all the necessary parts to correct my problem effectively and efficiently.
