Lance is a nice guy and very knowledgeable but super unreliable. In 2016 replaced hot water heater did a great job, in 2019 had a family emergency so no-showed for drain issue. In 2023, cleared a clogged drain .... no problem but high price. Was to return 3 days later to install a new toilet and no-show, no-call. Came 3 days later and did a great job. In 2024, no called and no-showed again for replacing a water shut off valve and did not respond to calls/texts from me. When he shows up, he is great, but getting him to show up is a gamble. That's 3 strikes. I'm hiring a new plumber!

Lance appeared infact little earlier than expected which made my schedule easy, and I liked his services very much. He was able to successfully complete the repair work on my water heater. He was very interactive and explained me how the water heater works and what to do when it doesn't work. He explained me how to perform maintenance by self.

Lance was excellent. He lives in my neighborhood and his quote was almost 1/4 of a bigger company. He fixed the shower issue in about 25 minutes.

He was knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. He was able to diagnose the issue, find a replacement part for our faucet, and complete the repair before lunchtime. Thank you, Lance!
