Lance responded right away and came the next day to install a new water heater and take away the leaking one. He was professional and friendly. He kept me advised of each step of the process and when to turn my faucets off and on. He also demonstrated how to adjust the water temp and re-light pilot if necessary. I would definitely recommend lance to my friends. It was wonderful to finally have a hot shower.

Lance provided customer service that went above and beyond anything we expected. Lance takes pride in his work and it shows. He picked up and installed our new hot water heater, fixed a leaking copper pipe, and sealed our ejector pump. The quality of work is excellent. Lance responded immediately to my web request for repair of a water main break coming into my house at the foundation. Wouldn't you know we discovered this leak on a rainy Sunday afternoon but Lance came out right away after hearing that we were uncomfortable waiting overnight hearing water running who knows where? He dug out the offending pipe, repaired quickly and professionally, leaving us with a better installation than we started with. Saved all the shrubs around the foundation and cleaned up everything immaculately. He was a pleasure to deal with, fairly priced, and the kind of person you are glad to have working on your home!

Lance was Great. Came out same day to repair and reinstall my toilet after some flooring work. Provided good and accurate information on work to be performed and pricing. Would not hesitate to call him again for plumbimg work.

I am a "do it yourselfer" and got to a point where I just could not finish without some professional help. I looked up references and located precise plumbing. I called at noon and Lance was able to schedule me in and was at the house by 1. He allowed me to watch him work and assist him in completing the job. His price was lower than I expected and would have paid him double. I would recommend him and his company to all my friends and family.

Can't say enough good things about Lance. He came over on short notice, on Labor Day weekend and charged me much less than he'd estimated over the phone because he found a clever alternative solution to the problem. And even the quote he gave over the phone was much less than what other firms had quoted me (even though they claim that they don't charge extra for after hours service). And the fact that Lance has a pleasant personality is just a bonus.

I was completely satisfied with the work Lance did and his professional, friendly and helpful approach was outstanding. Lance delivers exceptional value and I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a quality job at a very reasonable price. He's now my plumber!!
