Lance did an excellent job on replacing our water heater on the day we had house guest arriving.He drove to Macon,Ga to pick up our heater and stayed with the job until it was finished.

Very careful workmanship. Everything was perfectly squared up and aligned, and installed exactly as I requested. Lance is very confident, comes from a family of plumbers, and does excellent work. Even though the job was on the upper end of what I could afford his workmanship made it a good value

This is the second job we had Lance do for us and each time he was prompt and did what was contracted. He cleaned up after himself as if he had never been in the house! Good Job lance!

If there was a 6, I would rate Lance as a 6 in the area of customer service and value. He made sure we knew what he was doing and made every effort to keep our yard and plants in place, going as far as replanting parts of our hedge that had to be removed.

Contractor was there on the job ahead of time. Job was done in a professional manner, while informing me off everything that was done and anything that maybe needed in the future.

We hired Lance to fix our hot water heater. During his 2-day job he was very professional and friendly. He even admitted that he wasn't sure of the problem but was going to continue to troubleshoot until it was resolved. After 2 days he said he "fixed" the issue and $700 later he left. He said if we still had issues he would put everything we've paid him towards the cost of a new unit. The issue is still not fixed and when we called him back he said it would be another $900! Now he won't even return our calls! So much for his goal of "100% customer satisfaction".

I called Lance on a Saturday morning and he responded very quickly to my water problem. He was very professional and answered some questions I had regarding a future kitchen remodel that will involve moving plumbing fixtures. I am very pleased with his service, would recommend him, and will definitely call upon Precise Plumbing again.

Lance did an excellent job. After accidentally scratching our sink, he went out and bought a new one and replaced it for free. He is very knowledgeable and priced everything very fairly. Our new water heater, garbage disposal and sink all look great and work great!

Went out of the way to go get me a sink and come back since the one I had was not going to permit the installation of my new faucet due to rust. He also solved a few other minor problems that came up along the way.( Old house and I never know what will happen when we start repairs.)
