The pricing was pretty much Market but the service, expertise and willingness to "go the extra mile" were exemplary. I recommend Lance and would use him again.

Our water heater was 20 years old and ready for retirement. We were referred to Precise Plumbing by a co worker of my husband. Lance talked to my husband and made an appointment to come out the next day. He was on time, professional, reasonably priced and cleaned up after himself. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

The problem I had was a leak with 3 possible sources - Larry traced each down and assure each source was correct and non leaking. He verified all at the end to assure non existed. He Gave me a 2 year warranty on his work.

We are replacing a electric oven with a gas oven and needed a gas line extended to the ovens location. Additionally, we needed a hot water shut off valve in the kitchen replaced and the homes water pressure was too high therefore the pressure release valve needed to be replace. Lance came by and gave me what I believed was a extremely fair estimate and said he could to the job the next day. The next day he was right on time, and finished the job in the advertised 4-5 hours. He and his assistant were friendly, courteous, extremely professional. The completed job was very clean and looked like an original installation. Our hot water heater is 16 years old (which is on borrowed time) and I plan on calling Lance when it goes.

Lance was on time. He told us openly what the problem is and how to solution it with quality and cost effectively. He was efficient and very professional.

Explained my problem to Lance on the phone. He told me what he thought I would have to get done. He told me what it would cost to do it. We set an appointment, he came looked at the sewer line and cleared it. It took longer than he anticipated because of the severity of the clog, but he cleared it. Cleaned up where he was working and gave me the bill for what he had said on the phone. He said he had done what he quoted, so he billed me for that. I was so happy to see the water flowing through the drain on the TV screen.

Lance and his assistant were a pleasure to do business with. When he got to the house and scoped out the job, he provided recommendations for what needed to be done and why. When we went through the items he let me know I was missing a part. It ended up being a specialty part that the major home improvements stores did not carry in stock. He called around to plumbing supply stores, found the part and then went and picked it up for me since I was home alone. He went the extra mile to make the job work. Great experience overall with this company and I would highly recommend him.

Lance did an amazing job for us! We just moved into our home and found a plumbing issue. Lance came in and immediately got to work He identified the blockage as being tile. He had not brought his equipment but ensured me he would be back the following day bright and early. While he was in our home I asked him to fix the gas pipe in the kitchen to fit our stove. He had that fixed in 15 minutes with no problem. The next day he showed up early and fixed the blockage. Afterwards I asked him to take a look at a few other things in our home. He was able to go around and fixed the pipes and gas issues. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and customer service. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. He does an amazing job for reasonable prices.

Best plumber ever. Solved problems I had with several Kohler showers and found replacement parts for discontinued valves. Did excellent work and left my house in great condition. Explained the repairs needed and answered all of my questions. My house is 20 years old, and I have used many plumbers over the years, but Lance is absolutely the best. A pleasure to work with.

I hired the contractor and found that he was not pleasant to work with. lAfter the job was done, I called him and complained about smelling a gas leak around the area he was working on. He said he checked his work and that if he came out and saw no leaks, he was going to charge me $75. I declined and called the gas company to check. They came out and found the leak. I had someone else fix it.

Lance called immediately after I submitted the Home Advisor search. He came to the house within a few hours of our speaking, arriving early. We had hoped to repair the hot water heater but he said there was a leak inside and it had to be replaced. He helped us select the best one for our needs and arrived the next morning to install it. Had hot water again within an hour. Hopefully all is well!

Lance was a professional and performed it as such. The workmanship was excellent. He explained how to keep yearly maintenance on the WH and went over the gas pilot switch. I recommend him to family and friends.

Little too pricey. This was a 15 minute job. I paid $ 80.
