Lance was absolutely one of the best plumber experiences we have had. Very professional, curteous, and FAST!!!! Called in less than 5 minutes of posting the job, was to the site in less that 90 minutes and completed the work timely. Highly recommend you use Lance if you want the job done right.

I awoke to a leaking hot water heater in my basement and was frantic. I had called another agency but Lance called as soon as I submitted my request to ServiceMagic. He was upfront with what he could do and the cost. He not only replaced the heater but helped vacum up the water on the floor. He also fixed another problem I had been having for months. I recommended him that day to a lady at the bank. Nice guy.

Timely response and problems were fixed. After the Lance left, one of the problems reoccured. After making a call the following day, Lance was williing to meet me at my house that evening around 8 p.m. to fix the problem. This kind of service is hard to find these days. He stands behind his work and I would reccomend him to anyone that needs his services.

Lance was very efficient and knowledgeable.

Lance really did a great job. He was putting his best into the job, as if he was doing it in his own home. I really appreciated him and would very highly recommend his services. 11/12/12- I called Lance asking him to stop by and repair the faucet he installed for me a few months ago, he did not sound very happy to hear that a repair was needed, and indicated he would charge a service fee. I felt inclined to update my review, and state my dissapointment at his lack of customer service following the service call. When I asked him why he would charge me to fix something he had installed in the first place his reply was I did not manufacture the product what do you want from me?

Lance Hamley has totally instilled my confidence in humanity. He contacted me just after I searched . Lance said he would call us at 11:00 a.m. the following morning. At 5 til 11 my wife an I looked at each other and thought there was no way we would receive that call. At EXACTLY 11a.m. the phone rang. Came out right away. Needed it right away. Was no hard sells and did what was needed. Found somethings that inspector didnt find.

I had a leaking shower valve which I needed repaired. Lance arrived exactly on time which is important to me, and fixed the problem. While here, I had him look at and ultimately fix 2 other items. One required a bit of extra effort to get a unique part, which he did. He returned with the unique part as soon as it could be overnight express shipped, and now all my plumbing works properly again.
