Very nice and professional

Dimitry repaired our washer in the past (even came late at night so we could do laundry). He did an excellent job and so when we were having problems with our fridge, we called on him again. Another excellent job! He is very professional, knowledgeable and customer-service oriented.

North Star (Dimitri) did a great job for us. Arrived when they said they would, identified the problem and fixed it in ~30 minutes. Great attitude, very efficient.

No-one returned my call for two days. Meanwhile I hired Sears(big mistake) and they could not properly diagnose or repair. Ended up buying a new one.

I received excellent service from Dmitry at North Star Appliance and Repair. He called and gave 30 minutes notice when he was on his way and arrived within the time slot schedule. He repaired my washing machine quickly and also repaired my microwave while he was there. He was very professional and his prices were fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing an appliance repair.

Dmitry was very professional and respectful, and he squeezed us in the same day I called, though it meant coming late in the evening (at no extra cost to us). He was prepared to return the next day (Sat) with the compressor to complete the repair, even though we had 3 inches of snow that morning (we told him to wait until Mon...wasn't worth risking his safety). He knows his stuff, gave us tips on how to get the manufacturer to make good on the warranty. He definitely will be our go-to in the future.

Contractor contacted us immediately and visited us the same day to diagnose the problem. He picked up the needed part the next morning and had the repair completed by noon. Top notch service!

Problem was solved after bearings were replaced and a new belt was put in place. Sounds and works like new. All work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and for a reasonable cost.
