I had my Wayne Dalton Garage Door inspected as it was initially thought that the springs on the door had gone out. Upon inspection, it was determined that the springs were in very good condition, but that my Wayne Dalton iDrive garage door opener was done and would need to be replaced (it was 9 years old, had a lifetime warranty on everything except the motor (5 yr warranty) and Wayne Dalton stopped producing the product so I was not happy). The garage door opener was replaced with a Marantec America M- 4700e garage door opener and the installation was excellent along with providing all of the necessary training (which was minimal). The new opener is super quiet, we double check now because we can't hear it opening/closing, but it's not the fastest opener. It also has a lifetime warranty, but Marantec America has been around for over 30 years so hopefully they'll be around another 20+years. The folks from Graves are very professional and knowledgeable and I found them via the Wayne Dalton repair recommendations on their site. NO COMPLAINTS, I would recommend them to my neighbor and I don't say that about a lot of companies.

Door sensors died and springs broke !

We called several companies and Graves Overhead Doors had the best price so we decided to give them a try. Roel did the work and was very prompt and efficient. All work depended on the garage door coming down first thing in the morning. Roel had the door down and was gone before the structural company even arrived! The next day he came back bright and early and re-installed the door. He went above and beyond (lubricated door and did some adjustments where we had a rubbing issue). There is just no doubt about who we will call next time we need garage door repairs or installation.

Dog chewed up both sensors on door. They replaced the sensors and re-wired them better than they were before.

I liked it; the owner came during the odd time and he fixed it. It looks nice. The price was fair as it was minor repair. His punctuality, professional and knowledge were top notch. I have no complaints about anything. I was pleased with the service.

My husband decided to fix our garage door opener so picked up a part from Graves. He then fried the unit putting it back together (not happy that I shared this :) ). I called Graves and told them that I needed them to come replace the unit that my husband tried to fix. After reviewing price which was very reasonable they sent an installer on the day I requested at the time we agreed upon. The installer was Jeff Rockmore who was excellent. We liked the new belt model so much we decided to do the other door on the spot. They sent out a unit while Jeff was on-site. Really enjoyed working with the people. Ricky, who was our contact at the local office and especially Jeff who did the install. Jeff went the extra mile and helped us quickly program our vehicles to the new doors. Thank goodness my handy husband and I didn't have to try to do these ourselves even with it being pretty simple. Graves also gave us full credit back for the part in the price of the job. I would highly recommend Graves. I understand they cover a broad area of service and not just Cumming area. From my perspective, they do a great job with small town personal attention.

They are just plain old good. I would surely call them again. The guy even came a day early. Now a days, you can't find too many folks that do that. I was pleased with their work. They do a good job and I think they charge pretty decent prices.

Excellent. They not only showed up on time and completed the installation flawlessly with the right product, but fixed a serious problem for us. Apparently, the original garage door had not been properly installed. The opener was too high and that was what tore the existing door apart. When the installer pointed this out - and what he was saying appealed to common sense - I offered to pay extra for him to fix it. Instead, he provided extra time and materials to fix it and did not charge me anything extra. I was really delighted with their work.

The salesman came to our house to take measurements, answer questions, show samples and give us a quote. He was very responsive with follow-up questions we had later. The installation went well. When a service call was needed for adjustment shortly after the installation, they responded quickly. We chose this company because they had the product we wanted, they were professional and responsive to our requests and the price was competitive.
