Every part of this experience was way above expectation - First Rate. On the call prior to anybody coming out, I had a accurate estimate of what it would cost - which is pretty unusual these days. That came from the lady answering the phone. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. Jeff actually arrived well ahead of schedule (but called first to make sure that was ok) in a driving rainstorm, the day before the 4th of July. Broken spring problem was fixed, other spring replaced - Necessary, as technician from the prior compay had two different sizes installed. He looked at the second garage door to make sure it was operating properly; he also showed me how to maintain by spraying oil on the moving parts every few months. They honored the Angie's List coupon. I made sure to get a business card so I could recommend Graves Overhead Doors to my friends.

It was a pleasant experience. The technician was very nice and did a good job.

Excellent install and clean up. Installed by Roy. He quickly adjusted the old framing to accept the new doors and hardware.

Everything went well. One item (motor) was on backorder which was installed a week later but all was completed and performs well.

We live in the Cumming area and like to support local businesses whenever possible. So when we decided it was time to have our garage doors repaired/replaced, I was pleased to find Graves on Angie?s List. Our doors had been poorly hung by an amateur and did not have the proper weather stripping. We wanted to see if they could be repaired or if we would need to have them torn out and replaced. Contacted Graves and they sent Mark out (on time for appointment!) to give us an estimate. Mark was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with about the products and services offered by Graves. He determined the doors we had could be reinstalled properly and recommended a quality motor (we did not have motorized door openers, but wanted them). There was also an issue with our concrete floor not being level at the door opening. Mark recommended a larger weather seal for the bottom of the doors to eliminate the gaps. The estimate was provided within a couple of days and the work was scheduled. The Technician came and went and the work was done to perfection with no trace that there was ever anyone there (no mess) and we are very happy with our quiet mechanical doors that seal properly. Highly recommend them to anyone with any garage door needs!

They were very honest on the phone about their prices and services. I made an appointment and they were very prompt. The tech who came out to fix the door was very knowledgeable and identified and fixed the issue immediately. He also did some random maintenance which was not part of the problem but improved the operation of the door and opener. The spring problem had warped the door and he gave me a quote, said he didn't have to replace the whole door, just the top panel or two, and it didn't have to be done right away. There was no pushing for further repairs or trying to get me to spend more. I was very impressed overall.

Their technician, Jeff, called to say he had arrived early and asked for permission to start. It was not a problem for me, I was most happy to begin early. He was thorough, making sure he had the correct size spring for the repair. Although this was a double solid wood garage door and clearly to heavy for one man to raise, he carefully and masterfully repaired the springs and installed the opener, without a moment's hesitation or break. Jeff even programmed my car's garage door opener feature on my car's visor. I was most impressed with his professionalism and skill . Needless to say they warranty their work. I will definitely was this company again.

Everything went very smoothly and was top quality. The installer Chris, was very personable and professional. He insured we were satisfied and cleaned the area when he was done.

The salesman was very friendly and helpful. He was on time for the appointment even when I had to call at the last minute and reschedule. The ordered doors arrived on time. They were installed 2 days later and looked great! The office staff was pleasant, and made payment easy and convenient. We are extremely pleased with the product and the company’s service.

They were supposed to install the door on Friday. I got a call on Wednesday asking if I would like the door installed that day, as something happened freeing up one of their installers. Told them to come ahead and was told that he would be there between 11 AM and 1 PM.Roy arrived at 11:10 AM. The guy was amazing. He set up all the tools and equipment he would be using before he started removing the old door. Once he started, if he moved, work got done. No wasted time or effort. From start to finish he was done in under 2 hours. The job would have taken me at least a day with a helper, and he installed a 16 foot door by himself. When he left, the old door and all its hardware and the packaging from the new one went with him. The only way you could tell he had been there was the new door.

My garage door was not opening. It had made a sound and didn't open so I assumed it was the spring. Saw good reviews for this company so I called. They were able to come out the same afternoon and arrived on time. Chris, the technician, determined that the door had overrun the limit causing it not to run. He reset the door and performed basic maintenance on the door and our other garage door. While he was unable to explain why the door had performed that way he did tell me that there is a 90-day warranty if it happens again.

Jeff, the installer, was on time, cleaned up, did a great job.

Everyone was professional & responsible. They accommodated a short turn around due to out of town company cumming. They came on time and were pleasant to work with.

Wayne Dalton was taking 4 months to repair the door using their installation. Groves performed repairs in one week.
