Description of Work: First of all - let me just say, WOW! Mike and Aaron did a fantastic job of completely remodeling our master bathroom, and also extended our kitchen tile a few feet to cover an entry way in our dinning/living area. |Everything was done just as Mike explained it would be, from scheduling all the sub contractors to completing the job on time. Each day they were on time and were respectful of our home. I even felt comfortable running errands while they were in my home performing the work. Golota Building Services is a top notch contractor and we will use them again in the future! We couldn't be happier with the way our bathroom turned out. It went from gross to FABULOUS in only 1 week! If anyone has a remodel job that needs to be done, you can't go wrong with Golota Building Services.

Description of Work: Mike Golota did a fine job of renovating my bathroom - he tore out the existing tile floor & shower and installed new tile flooring & shower. In addition, Mike installed new light fixtures as well as crown molding and toilets. Mike was extremely punctual and I was comfortable having him in my home unsupervised. Mike actually did the work himself - with the exception of the new glass shower enclosure. It was comforting to me that there were not a lot of strange people coming & going in my home. Mike also made good suggestions along the way. He worked quickly & efficiently. I highly recommend GOLOTA BUILDING SERVICES!

+ 1 moreMike was excellent.....came and gave an estimate and when we mentioned our whirlpool tub was not working, he actually determined issue (unseen breaker was off) immediately and "fixed" it on the spot. Was in touch with us constantly on date to do work and we finally agreed that he would pick up the materials (fans and disposal), and we would reimburse. He came Saturday morning as agreed, with excellent products and receipts showing very competitive prices, ready to work. He went above and beyond the call of duty, seeing some areas on the floor that could stand extra grout he repaired and he went to the store to get more wood to better anchor our ceiling fans. We could not be more pleased with Mike and have already referred him to a friend. He is our handyman for any of our needs going forward.

+ 0 moreThe Master Bath job was well thought out and went quite smoothly. It finished on time and on Budget. Plumbing Fixtures were purchased on line to save money and there were no issues with the install. Due to how smoothly this went, we scheduled Mike to come bak a few weeks later to do both our main Floor and Kid's Bathroom. * You would be wise to stay with Kohler or Delta Fixtures to avoid install issues.
Description of Work: Remodel Master Bath Shower, Bath Walls, Crown Molding and Granite Sinks. Remodel Second Floor bath Shower and Repair Broken Tile in Floor. Also Granite Sink. Remodel Main Floor Bath Shower, Walls, Crown Molding and Granite Sink.

+ -1 moreHe manually cleaned out the old grout using scraper tools. Then he cleaned it up and re grouted using an unsanded grout. I like it, he did a beautiful job and he actually cleaned up after himself. I provided him with the grout and he gave me a bit of money off. He was really good. We paid what the estimate stated when he was complete, no hidden charges.
Description of Work: He re grouted an old shower stall. He has a license to do basic plumbing, carpentry and general construction work. He actually provides you with a written estimate too.
