They came out to pump our septic tank. They had trouble locating the septic tank but eventually found it. Did an excellent job. I would definitely use them again.

Went very well, no problems.

No response to repeated request for a call back to discuss my problem and determine if they were the firm to fix the faulty irrigation well system.

The work was done in a timely manner at a reasonable price.

It went great. A job well done. I needed my septic pumped and they did a great job. They were on time and were very neat and orderly. They explained to me what they were going to do and I showed them where I thought the septic was and they found it. They really knew what they were doing. Once they pumped it out, they asked me to come out and showed me where a small pipe needed replacing. I agreed and they were able to replace it immediately. The part was rotting so it was very good that they could fix it that day. They closed the septic and covered it up as they had found it. They did a great job. They were very nice guys. I would definitely hire them again.

I left a message at 7:45 the next morning (before they were even open) for Amos Pump to call me back ASAP and explained we were without water and needed help right away. Within 30 minutes they called back and had a service tech out to your house by 11:AM that morning. Within 30 minutes he had replaced a part and boosted the water pressure also. With my new customer coupon from Angies List, I gladly paid the $135. I am very happy with their response and service. If I have any needs for additional service related to my well or pump, I will call Amos Pump again without hesitation. I'm a very satisfied customer!

The crew showed up an an hour early. Was able to find both tanks in about 30 minutes. I had a concern about their truck coming down my long drive and damage concrete after it was filled but, it was stated it would be fine. It was after being completed filled NO damage. They found an issue where my second tank was not draining properly into the field. It was later discovered by another contractor who repairs septic fields that the pipe was pushed down and blocked. Overall the crew did a great job setting up and cleaning up afterwards.

This is a new house for us & we were only told by the previous owners that the septic tank was "In the back." They were on time & found the septic tank in about 3 minutes (the first service we had called could not find it, but had no problem charging us a "$175.00 service fee", falsely claiming it was "under the deck & thus unreachable"). They thoroughly cleaned it & answered a lot of questions that I had about septic tanks. They were very professional & courteous. An hour and 15 minutes later they were finished and gone. Overall a great experience & I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Received a call on Friday to remind me that the men would be at my house on Saturday at 9 AM. The men arrived promptly at the agree time and introduced themselves. I then showed them the area that I thought the tank was and within a few minutes of beginning the probing the tank had been located. The men brought over their tools and a tarp and began digging in the area that they had probed out. They gently removed the grass and dug two holes, one at either end on the left corners to remove the tank's covers. They both were very careful with the dirt and grass and placed them on the tarp to be used once they completed the service. They were careful of the yard with their hoses and began the pumping service. Once the pumping and cleaning was completed, I was asked to inspect their work and was given suggestions to replace the flappers in my toilets to keep the tank from filling up too quickly. Suggestions were given to the frequency in which the service should be performed and I was informed of the condition of the tank and the septic tanks field lines. Once the pumping was completed, the men refilled the holes and placed the grass back as they had found it. They rolled up their hoses and removed their tools. These men were very professional and courteous during the entire process. They did an excellent job!!!!

I first called a different "A" rated well company I found on Angie's List but they couldn't come out for a couple days and I couldn't wait that long. That company recommended this company. The receptionist was very friendly on phone and was very knowlegeable. When I asked, she accurately diagnosed my issue from the beginning as a likely possibility and gave a very close time to their arrival (same day). Two technicians showed up in company van. They were knowledgeable too and checked things other than what they expected to be wrong to enusre I didn't have other problems. They were fast and friendly. They showed me how to correct the problem on my own in the future. Even my husband was happy with the service and the price. We will definitely use them in the future. They were recommended by another Angie's List company rated "A" who couldn't get to my work soon enough.

They were great. They came out the same day within 60 minutes of my call and did the work. They were very quick and polite. They were very professional and I didn't have any problems with him. They were a little expensive.

This is the second time in 20 years that we have had to have our septic tank pumped. The first company that we used several years ago completely ripped us off. They had quoted us a price on the phone, and when they got out here, they added this fee and that fee, and it was $1550!! after all was said and done. This company- "Amos" came HIGHLY recommended by numerous people and plumbers. They quoted a price on the phone when I called, and told me what variables would potentially add to the price, and they stood behind their quoted price. They were efficient, and prompt, and very professional. I cannot say enough good about this company. Apparently the septic pumping industry is full of "crooks", but this company is NOT one of them!
