They showed up on time and did a great job. We are actually using them again for other jobs that we need completed around our house.

Aaron arrived on time after having called ahead to let me know status of appointment. He was courteous and professional, completed the work in a reasonable amount of time, and cleaned up afterward. Would definitely recommend him and will contact him for future work.

Had service scheduled. Spoke with office day of service to talk about specific time or if somebody needed to be there. Decided nobody needed to be there. I marked items on fence that I wanted repaired. Left voice mail with office telling what I marked. Got home at 5 (work scheduled to be done at 130) with work still not done. Called office to see status. She said she would call me back. Never did. I called back and left message. Have not heard back. Office person seemed nice. Not sure what the deal is. I purchased coupon 28 days ago and don't want to miss 30 day refund window.

I'm a bit concerned about my ability to be on hand and to inspect the work done before the crew leaves. The fence has two gates, neither is completely malfunctioning, but I believe both need an adjustment, and the fence just needs an inspection and reinforcement of weak areas, etc. Please communicate this info to your crew, and I'll approve your suggested time-frame. Considering it is of basic maintenance of reinforcing loose pickets, replacing up to 6 new ones and simply adjusting 2 gates so they swing properly again, I don't think the work will need extensive inspecting. Didn't happen. Company never showed. Was supposed to come yesterday - cancelled at 10pm the night before due to family emergency. I didn't find out until next morning when I had already arranged to stay at home. Rescheduled for next day - they were supposed to be here at 9am - 9:30am - didn't show as of 11am. No calls from the company to explain delay - I had to call them and did not get an answer as to why they hadn't arrived yet.

Everything turned out very well. The three-man crew arrived on time, did a great job with the repairs, and cleaned up before leaving.

There were no troubles with scheduling. At first, two men spent about five hours painting the bathrooms. They said the humidity was too high and there were a lot of paint runs. They had to come back and do the work again. One man re-did work and spent about eight hours on the job. My wife did have to go back over the trim work. The guys were professional and great. They were prompt and did their best to make the job right. I would not hesitate to use them again for handyman work.

They were very helpful and pleasant. They had to reschedule due to some conflicts but they made sure to fit me in so that the work was completed on my time schedule. When they were in my home, they were very positive, friendly and professional. The rooms look nice with their new coats of paint. They even taped off four windows for me so that I could stain the windows myself. I appreciated the job they did and feel that they are hard working, honest, reputable painters. Thank you.

In the initial contact with the owner, I emailed the company and asked if a privacy fence was covered and he assured me it was, so I purchased the deal. They came out to see the job. I walked the owner and his employee over the whole area of what I needed done.He noticed my fenced needed to be power washed and I asked how much he would charge to do that. We agreed on it and the owner was to come back and wash it. Then come back July 30 to stain it. My husband and I purchased 450.00 worth of stain.Well,they didn't show up to power wash and we paid another company 200.00 to wash the fence, then July 30th no call no show from Erin. We gave Erin a call on July 30th, left a message and still no contact. Why companies cannot at least contact the buyer and give an update.

They did a good job. They were very friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with the work.

The end result was OK. The crown molding looks nice and I would consider using him again. He's very nice and cordial. The price was reasonable, too. His assistant was very knowledgeable and skilled.

I purchased a big deal on July 11th. The company has told me they were booked for the next couple of weeks and have not contacted me to put me on the schedule.

It went well. They are a very thorough, hard working crew who worked odd hours to try to help us to get our deck completed. They were very accessible by phone and email. Our deck was built with wood that was hard to stain. They were persistent in their efforts to get us a result we would be pleased with even though it meant longer hours trying to get the stain evenly applied. They worked on our deck as if it was their family's deck. We will definitely use them again.

Had some difficulties with communication. Bur service was excellent. Friendly workers. Even went to get paint for me. The molding looks great.

Exchanged a few messages via Angie's list. The company said they would be in touch regarding scheduling and we never heard back.

It was a good experience. They painted my deck, and they sent 2 painters. We had to wait 2 weeks to have them out as they were very booked up.

AKRC did an excellent job. They painted two coats of paint on the walls and were very detail oriented. I plan to use them again in the future.

Aaron came with a helper and they set right to work. We had some badly damaged woodwork (courtesy of our naughty dog) and they sanded, filled, dried and painted it back good as new in no time. Next they filled some nasty gouges in some sheetrock in our upstairs loft and repainted the whole thing. I also had two damaged bedroom ceilings to seal and paint. Obviously this was too much to expect two guys to get done in just four hours and I really didn't expect them to do it all, but they stayed extra time and finished my entire list. They have very good equipment, obviously take pride in getting the job done right, and are very personable and easy to work with. I left them alone in my house twice while I went to the store to buy more paint without even a worry. Definitely would recommend.

They got paint on my ceiling, baseboards and trim. They didn't put a second coat, so I can see the other color underneath. They didn't tape anything off. I thought they knew what they were doing, but afterwards I saw how the paint had ran everywhere and the issues with the old paint showing. I called twice. He said he'd call back and arrange a time, but he hasn't, and it's been about two weeks. Very dissatisfied with overall experience.

They did a great job. Cleaned up well. I have hired them to come back on Monday and do some more painting for me. My only complaint is that it was somewhat hard to get in touch with them. Other than that, I highly recommend them.

Aaron and Greg were great. They were punctual, friendly and professional. They worked steadily and neatly, and were very helpful in sprucing up my old kitchen. I'll definitely use this company again and recommend it to others.

We are very happy with the quality of the work. The team that showed up to do the work was professional and courteous. They wasted no time getting the job done. We would definitely use them again in the future!

He did a good job with the deal portion of the service. On our initial meeting he was about a half an hour late, however he was punctual when he did come to do the work. He showed up with an additional person to do work. They were working the bathroom and I had other projects going on at the same time in my home so I was not around the area all the time. One of them spilled an entire cup of coffee on my beige area rug. I have no issue with them bringing coffee but at least bring a lid. They ended up just applying the new grout to the existing grout. I had thought they would do more preparation work where the grout runs but they just put a thick coating of grout on top. They neglected to tell me I needed to put a sealant on the grout they applied. This is something I thought they would bring and inform me how to apply the sealant and when. I let the shower sit for 3 days and since I didn't put sealant on the new grout washed away. I wish I would have known better but I also wish they could have told me. They did a great job with the wood repair and sealant on the concrete but I do not know how well they were qualified to do the grout work. If they would have let me know that wasn't thier expertise I would have found someone else to do the grout work.

They are horrible! They were supposed to come out last Friday to paint the house. They were unable to make it, and I was rescheduled for today. When the painter showed up, he looked at the house and said it would cost an extra $400 extra dollars. I needed this service done and now I am stuck having to find another company on very short notice.
