There were no troubles with scheduling. At first, two men spent about five hours painting the bathrooms. They said the humidity was too high and there were a lot of paint runs. They had to come back and do the work again. One man re-did work and spent about eight hours on the job. My wife did have to go back over the trim work. The guys were professional and great. They were prompt and did their best to make the job right. I would not hesitate to use them again for handyman work.

They were very helpful and pleasant. They had to reschedule due to some conflicts but they made sure to fit me in so that the work was completed on my time schedule.
When they were in my home, they were very positive, friendly and professional. The rooms look nice with their new coats of paint. They even taped off four windows for me so that I could stain the windows myself.
I appreciated the job they did and feel that they are hard working, honest, reputable painters.

The end result was OK. The crown molding looks nice and I would consider using him again. He's very nice and cordial. The price was reasonable, too. His assistant was very knowledgeable and skilled.

It went well. They are a very thorough, hard working crew who worked odd hours to try to help us to get our deck completed. They were very accessible by phone and email. Our deck was built with wood that was hard to stain. They were persistent in their efforts to get us a result we would be pleased with even though it meant longer hours trying to get the stain evenly applied. They worked on our deck as if it was their family's deck. We will definitely use them again.

It was a good experience. They painted my deck, and they sent 2 painters. We had to wait 2 weeks to have them out as they were very booked up.

Aaron came with a helper and they set right to work. We had some badly damaged woodwork (courtesy of our naughty dog) and they sanded, filled, dried and painted it back good as new in no time. Next they filled some nasty gouges in some sheetrock in our upstairs loft and repainted the whole thing. I also had two damaged bedroom ceilings to seal and paint. Obviously this was too much to expect two guys to get done in just four hours and I really didn't expect them to do it all, but they stayed extra time and finished my entire list.
They have very good equipment, obviously take pride in getting the job done right, and are very personable and easy to work with. I left them alone in my house twice while I went to the store to buy more paint without even a worry. Definitely would recommend.

They got paint on my ceiling, baseboards and trim. They didn't put a second coat, so I can see the other color underneath. They didn't tape anything off. I thought they knew what they were doing, but afterwards I saw how the paint had ran everywhere and the issues with the old paint showing. I called twice. He said he'd call back and arrange a time, but he hasn't, and it's been about two weeks.

"We walked the finished job with the customer twice before leaving her home and she praised our work. There was existing paint on the door casings, trim, and bumps on the ceiling from the previous paint job. It isn't the same color that we used to paint the customers walls. She contacted us a couple days after the completion of the job about these concerns and I apologized for her disgruntlement and told her that I would get the crew back out there to assess the situation. We rarely do jobs in that area, our schedule being completely booked, and the holiday weekend that just passed, we have not had a chance to get back to her home. We have no problem going out to assess the situation and and do what we can to make her happy. There were 2 coats applied to all the walls that we painted, and the paint drippings that she is referring to is not of the same color that we even used. We did use drop cloths and such to avoid drips, bumps, smudges, and so on. AKRC Team"

They did a great job. Cleaned up well. I have hired them to come back on Monday and do some more painting for me. My only complaint is that it was somewhat hard to get in touch with them. Other than that, I highly recommend them.

Aaron and Greg were great. They were punctual, friendly and professional. They worked steadily and neatly, and were very helpful in sprucing up my old kitchen.

He did a good job with the deal portion of the service. On our initial meeting he was about a half an hour late, however he was punctual when he did come to do the work. He showed up with an additional person to do work. They were working the bathroom and I had other projects going on at the same time in my home so I was not around the area all the time. One of them spilled an entire cup of coffee on my beige area rug. I have no issue with them bringing coffee but at least bring a lid. They ended up just applying the new grout to the existing grout. I had thought they would do more preparation work where the grout runs but they just put a thick coating of grout on top. They neglected to tell me I needed to put a sealant on the grout they applied. This is something I thought they would bring and inform me how to apply the sealant and when. I let the shower sit for 3 days and since I didn't put sealant on the new grout washed away. I wish I would have known better but I also wish they could have told me. They did a great job with the wood repair and sealant on the concrete but I do not know how well they were qualified to do the grout work. If they would have let me know that wasn't thier expertise I would have found someone else to do the grout work.
