I called on Wednesday afternoon about 3:30 and left a message telling them the repairs were not urgent and would like to schedule service for Friday or the following Monday. They returned my call in 15-20 minutes and said they had a repairman finishing a job about 30 minutes away and would be able to come out in about 30 minutes. He was able to diagnose and fix both refrigerators in less than 2 hours. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. He quoted a very reasonable price for each repair. The entire process, from the placement of the service call to the completion of repairing 2 refrigerators was less than 3 hours! I couldn't be more pleased with this company and will call them for any future appliance needs!

The repairman was courteous, prompt and completed repairs according to the estimate written. I have used this vendor in the past with excellent results.

The technician called when he was enroute to our home and he confirmed our address and directions. Upon arrival and initial inspection of the refridgerator, he provided us with his opinion of the problem, cost and if it is worth repairing: 1. Age: He advised the refridgerator was 14 years old and considering that alone, depending on the issue, the repairs may cost more that the value of the refrigerator. 2. Potential Cause for Service Call: Compressor may have stopped working or relay may have burned out 3. Possible Repair Costs based on possible problems: Range from $200 for a relay to $600 for compressor The technician completed a full assessment of the refridgerator and discovered that at some point (possibly during our move) something covered up the cooling fan with ran hot and burned out a relay. He had the part in his vehicle, which he replaced. While the refridgerator began cycling back on, he did a thorough check of all the other working parts and gave up some helpful tips to expand the life of our refridgerator. From the time he called, arrived and left our home it was a total time spend of 26 minutes. Going forward for any appliance issues, we will be using Advanced Appliance Repair.

Washing machine had a slow leak. I called Mike and mentioned Angie's list. He came out the next day. He diagnosed the problem as the water inlet valve. He installed a new one. That night I noticed it was still leaking. I called Mike and he came out the next morning at 8am. He thought the new valve was bad but he said if the problem turned out to be the controller he would not charge me at all for the valve and labor to install it. He went to his parts store and obtained a new valve. It worked perfectly so the first new valve was defective. Mike was very professional and it was obvious that customer service and satisfaction were his goals.

I had 1 15% discount from Angie's List and I didn't read it very closely and I gone ahead and called Advanced Appliances Repair LLC directly. I arranged for them to come by and then when I got ready to pay and I looked at it closely, I said I made a mistake, this is only good if I go through the website to set-up an appointment. He said, "that's okay, I'll go ahead and give you the discount anyway" so he did give me a discount. He's a real nice guy. He was right here when he said he was going to be here. I was real satisfied with him because he came, he spent about 30 minutes looking, trying to find out where the leak in the machine was, tried various different things. He said if I can't find the leak, I'm not going to charge you anything except for just the service call and then he said, let's try something else and with that he found the leak. If he hadn't gone that extra mile, he would never have found it. I got him on my computer list for service repair of appliances.

They were incredible. He showed up when he said he would. He answered his phone and even if you had to leave a voice message or whatever he is right back at calling me. His prices were perfect for what he does. He was very good about remitting things, like my dishwasher and he told me how to fix it electronically and I put few nut buttons on my dishwasher and you didn’t have to do that and I would have never known that and I could have gone and bought a new dishwasher but he is just honest.

He came out three or four times during the summer. He was doing his best to try to get it fixed but it just didn't work so we ended up getting a new refrigerator. He didn't charge us for one of his visits. He was very, very nice about not overcharging for every single time he came out. We got him to look at our washing machine because it was starting to go out and he didn't charge us for that.

Mike was awesome! He was timely, courteous, responsive, reasonable, and very knowledgeable. The problem was diagnosed within five minutes, had the part on the truck, and our refrigerator was operational within 30 minutes from start to finish. We would highly recommend Advanced Appliances Repair and we will definitely use this company again. They even provide Saturday service.

Mike diagnosed the problem on the phone and was here in 10 minutes to fix it. (Lucky timing on the call - but still, it was Saturday morning). I feel like the price was fair - Plus, no pressure I had the estimated amount before he arrived. Very, very professional and gave good advice on dryer and washer maintenance. I asked for a second card to give to my neighbor. I would use again in a minute. Very happy to discover that we have this kind of quality service in the Cumming area.

It was fast and efficient. I did not end up using them because it was going to be $700 to replace the freezer. I wasn't there when the quote was given. They did the service call and quoted the price. They were responsive and nice but that's all that I know. I don't have any reason to not use them again in the future.

He got my dryer running 30 seconds after he told me what the problem was. I felt the part and labor was a little pricey!

Excellent great service. The service man- hat to get parts-was very prompt, knowledgeable & friendly. Fixed a problem that no one knew how to fix. (had a repair man come before * didn't know how to fix ice maker)

After several attempts and several weeks, finally told me he couldn't afford to keep coming. Didn't charge me, but didn't help me either.

Our refrigerator (on the second call) stopped cooling and he saved us from buying a new refrigerator, which wasn't in the budget. Fixed it quickly and reasonably!

Repairmen was subcontracted which I wasn't happy about. First guy came out and said I needed a new panel and he installed it and it still didn't work. Second guy came out and said that it was the starter, and then he installed a new starter and it worked fine.

The dishwasher was repaired on a Wednesday. The following Mon/Tuesday of the next week. He promised me that someone would be here between 2-5 of that day to come and look at the floor. No one ever showed up. He then called back and wanted to schedule another time. I told him that I would need to call him because of our schedule. I called him a couple days after we got back from Montana. He promised me on that Tuesday that he would call me back and have someone call me. Two days later, he had not called me. I followed up with him and asked him why he had not contacted me. He did call four days later and promised me that someone would show up on that Tuesday between 3-4. No one showed up. That's when it got heated. I called him again March 3rd and asked him why he had not called again to let us know when the guy would come to fix our floor. He stated that I wouldn't let him talk but I stated that he had four+days to call me back and he never did. I asked him to text me the phone number of the floor guy and I would contact him myself and set it up. He said he would text me it. He never did.

The service was not well. They came, looked at the job and ordered parts they needed for the repair. Unfortunately, we went out of town for a couple of weeks. After a month we contacted them and they told us that the initial visit will apply for the cost of their return visit. When they came back, they did not want to do that because they needed to make money on their business. He was not very professional about it. He told us that he even went out of his way to get the parts and that he expected that we should have complied with the timeline we gave for the job. The job was not good because there was dent in the dishwasher and it made a funny noise.
