Great experience! Service tech arrived earlier than expected and promptly diagnosed the problem/repaired within 30 mins. I felt the price was fair for the part replaced/work performed.

Radi came out the same day. He diagnosed the problem. He needed to order two parts (new bottom coil and new electrical board, because the blown coil blew the bake function on the board). Unfortunately my Dacor oven does not have a fuse, that would have prevented the board from being damaged as well. The next day he called me to inform me he had the parts. He came back that day and fixed the oven. Radi was professional, trustworthy and very knowledgeable.

Was going to replace a refrigerator when I decided to give it a try to have it repaired. Alex came out and assessed the problem. The specific part was ordered and came in the next day! Alex replaced the part that same day. Excellent service and Professionalism.

fair - the ice maker doesn't leak any more, but it doesn't work now just a couple of months after the repair. i also thought that the price was high for the amount of time spent looking at the ice maker and replacing a faulty hose.

Placed service call first thing in the morning and technician arrived as advised later in the afternoon. He found the problem and worked hard to correct the problem, having the part needed with him. Original cost estimated turned out to be higher than the actual bill, so I was very pleased with that. As of now, the refrigerator is working properly and I am happy with the service provided.

He recommended not spending the money to repair it, and just replace the machine. He was nice enough not to charge me for the service call. Excellent customer service! Would highly recommend Mike and his team.

Mike, Responsed to a phone message I left. Checked my online request to get my address. Arrived within two hours of my call, on a Monday morning. Arrived at the scheduled time. Advised us what the problem was. Went back to get parts. Gave us prior notice, before he arrived in the afternoon to finish the job. He showed us how to use the Washer to avoid damaging the gasket in the future. Advised us on what detergent to use. Advised coverage of warranty for this work. Mike was polite and professional. I would recommend him to friends and family. Great professional service from start to end.

He was kind enough to offer free advice regarding water supply issue and save us the cost of a service call. He correctly identified the problem. We are very appreciative and will certainly contact him the next time we have an appliance issue and need a service call visit.

Service was beyond my expectations. I sent an email over on a Sunday evening and received a call from Mike around 9 AM on Monday. The service call was scheduled between noon and 2 PM the same day. At noon, Mike called to say his field technician was delayed on another job but that he would come to keep the service commitment. He was at my door before 2 PM, the refrigerator was diagnosed and repaired by 3:30 PM and the total including parts was $190. Before the repair, Mike informed me of the issue and a possibility of another part being the problem but said that he was 90% sure of his diagnoses. The repair was completed a week ago and our bar refrigerator is running like new. Thanks Mike for a job well done.

Our entire neighborhood lost electrical power on a late Saturday morning, when power returned a couple hours later, my refrigerator would not come back on. (I checked & the receptacle worked) I called Advanced Appliance, as they advertised 24 hour emergency service, but I was told that they were too busy to come out. Please don't advertise services you can't provide. I wasn't able to find anyone else to come out until Monday and now I will have to buy a small freezer or lose the freezer food.

I scheduled an appointment for my Samsung washer that would quit working in the middle of a cycle. The appointment was quick and the tech arrived on time. However, after five minutes of him being here, it was very apparent that he had no idea how to work on the washer. He only took the cover off and tinkered around for a minute, then referred to his phone as he was trying to find info, but came up with nothing. He then ran the machine, which did work at that time but it had already been doing hit and miss, which I explained to him. His answer was "maybe something was loose and to see what happens." His personality was not friendly and was actually borderline rude. The following day, the washer acted up once more. I called the company again for them to come back, and filed a complaint about the tech they sent. They turned around and sent the SAME tech after I just complained! He proceeded to tell me "the problem must be in the "board" and there are four of them and I have no way of knowing which one it is. My suggestion is to replace them all (for $600) or use the machine until it stops and get a new one." I later called a Samsung service company and they came out and ran several diagnostics on the machine, which the other guy did none of. They were a complete waste of time and money and I would love to have my money refunded, but I know that won't happen.

My refrigerator stopped working this morning, and I called Advanced Appliances Repairs at 10:50 AM. They called me back within 2 minutes and were at my house by 11:20AM!! They fixed my fridge on the spot. I couldn't be happier!!

Very well. He was on time. Replaced a part on the refrigerator where it had been leaking. Unfortunately he was not able to fix a problem with the water valve. I would recommend this company.

Mike was very quick to respond. Came out as soon as we wanted him to and cleaned the vent with appropriate tools. Very knowledgable and thorough.

I spoke with Mike, and unfortunately my residence was out of the mileage range that they cover for services. Mike was very nice and patient in offering my some free advice on the phone on things that I could do temporarily to figure out where the leak is coming from. I was appreciative of his help and would recommend this company if needed to a friend within their service area.

Awesome Company! I called this morning at 9am they were here by 10am. Radi called and confrimed he was on the way. Radi came in checked evrything and found the breaker was off. I thought I had checked the breaker. So Radi checked to make sure everything else was okay and it was. Great company did not try to sell me anything at all. All i paid was the $49 trip charge which was very fair. Its great to know honest and fair companies still exist! Awesome Service!

I always know I can trust a technician who turns away business because in his honest opinion, it isn't worth the consumer's money. Today, we were calling around to find someone to repair our dishwasher. We finally reached Mike. When I described the symptoms, he asked a few questions, and then told me what he thought was going on. In his opinion, we would have spent almost as much money repairing it as we would replacing it. You also don't usually reach someone over the phone who is knowledgeable enough to diagnose the problem without making a trip out there. So he didn't get our business today, since we decided to replace, but he will in the future.

I was very impressed! He spent time looking over our dryer, ran a quick load, inspected our vent and dryer for lint build-up... And then did NOT charge us for the service call because there wasn't anything wrong!! That is the kind of service provider I want to support! Refreshing to interact with such an honest and knowledgeable technician.

Good communication, punctual I ended up calling another Maytag certified place and they too couldn't fix it. Had to buy a new washer.

They were prompt and professional. The repairman told me that I would be better off buying a new washer rather than paying around $600 for the parts and labor. I appreciated his honesty although it wasn't good news.

I have a Maytag washing machine. The company was nice enough to let me know if they did any work on it the warranty would no longer hold.

I first contacted the Mike via thru Angie's List because the coupon said it is 15% off if you schedule the service thru Angie's List. I promptly received a message back from Mike to call him with more details. Upon calling him, he diagnosed my issues over the phone. That concerned me but because of all the great reviews on Angie's List, I went with it. He told me it would be $650 to replace both relay board and both temperature sensors. He said he could not honor the 15% off coupon he advertises on Angie's List because he was giving me the best price he could. Since that was the whole reason I chose his company over others, it didn't sit well with me but I was really tired of not having a properly working oven so I agreed. He came pretty much on time but took over 3 hours to install the parts. I told him I when we scheduled a time for the service that I needed to pick up my son from preschool at 1:30 and when he showed up at 12 he still said that should be no problem. Needless to say I had to make other arrangements to have my son picked up from school. Keep in mind it was his idea to do it on this particular day. I was not in a hurry and could have rescheduled or scheduled for another day to begin with. It went downhill from there. He did not have what he needed to pull out the oven. He asked me for towels to keep from scratching the floor and a 5 gallon bucket to support the oven. I think he should have had those things with him. As it was I had to leave him alone in my kitchen to go retrieve those items. I would have preferred not to do that. Plus he told me the reason he could diagnose this problem over the phone is he had done this type of work for a very long time. Well then he should have know he needed a 5 gallon bucket and towels. Then he had to call another guy to help him hold the oven. This guy shows up about 45 minutes later and set his dirty, nasty tool bag on my kitchen countertop instead of the floor and neither removed their shoes when they came inside my house. The whole time Mike is fixing my oven, he is coming and going from his truck and talking on his phone. He stood outside talking to his helper guy for about 10 minutes at one point just chatting. Meanwhile, remember, I was supposed to pick up my son at 1:30 and he was aware of this. Finally, Mike finishes at 3pm. I asked him again if he would honor the 15% coupon advertised on Angie's List and he said he could not, that he quoted me the best price he could. In the end my oven seems to be working, but I feel cheated. If you advertise a coupon, you should honor it. As a professional, you should have the items you need when you arrive at a job and you should be able to accurately predict about how long it will take you, especially if you "have been doing it as long as he has". If my oven being against the wall was an issue, he should have asked that question before telling me the time I had that day would be enough.....over the phone. He would not accept the advertised coupon, did not have the items he needed to complete the job, was on his phone a lot and socializing with his helper and was completely oblivious to my time commitment to pick up my 4 year old son from school. No, I won't be using him again. Update: I saw his response saying his helper looked at my basement fridge free of charge. It was actually my garage fridge and that's exactly what he did......LOOK at it. He didn't open the doors, pull it out, or even touch it. It took him 5 seconds to tell me it would be $300 to fix it. I also want to say this is the first review I have felt strongly enough to write. Yes my oven now works but I don't think he would have minded if my preschooler had just walked home. He pushed for this particular day for the repair and I was clear about the time restraints. It's just unprofessional and inconsiderate. That's the point of my whole review.

Mike was here within a few hours of my call and got us up and running in short time. Will definitely use his service again.
