We had a small tree growing in one of our gutters. They removed the tree, cleaned the gutters, and made sure that the facia board was good. Everything got cleaned out. It was very reasonable. The cost was less than I expected. I would highly recommend them.

Let me say that their customer service is EXCEPTIONAL. They communicate quickly (even on a weekend), they are friendly, helpful, and very willing to work around someone's schedule. The office manager is one of the nicest people I’ve ever had the opportunity to work with! She’s a keeper! With that said, I was a little disappointed in the price charged for the service. While the gentleman who came out was very nice, professional, prompt, all he really did was clean the gutters by hand. I was under the impression that more was going to be done because it was mentioned that the downspouts would be cleaned – which they weren’t. To me, cleaning the downspouts would involve running a hose down through the metal spout portion, PLUS any connected tubing draining into the yard, etc. This wasn't done because we had debris coming out the downspounts in clumps at the next rain. Granted, our gutters no longer overflowed in the rain – which is the primary reason we needed their services. For $125, I don't think it was worth the price. Their pricing should be based upon the size of the property, the access to the gutters, the pitch of the roof, etc. Our house is ground level, 2200 square feet, with a low pitch roof. For 20 minutes of work, I could have paid someone's teenager to do the same work for $25 (and that is what I will do next time). So, if this is their base price, you really need to evaluate the complexity of your home (number of stories, size, access, etc.) and get several quotes.

We have used Action Gutter at least once a year since 2007. They have always arrived on the day scheduled. The guys that come out to do the work are efficient and courteous. They happily address any questions I might have. Debris on the ground from their work is usually gathered and taken away upon completion of the job. Always satisfied with their work and have them scheduled again for this month.

They do a good job. They cleaned all the leaves out of my gutter. They put them on the ground but then they pushed them all together and picked them up. I was shocked. I have not had a bad experience with them yet. Their prices are probably average, about normal.

2 men in an Action Gutter Cleaning van showed up late in the day as promised. They got right to work and were done blowing out the gutters and blowing the leaves into the woods in less than an hour. They gave me the option of giving them a check or mailing it in. They were friendly and professional.

Answered the phone on the first ring and really knew their stuff. Came out and were some of the nicest workers we have had at our home. Cleaned the gutters and cleaned up the mess and gave us a great price and service. Will call again after Xmas.
