Good, took 2 trips as additional work was required. Completed promptly.

As they were leaving they said they wouldn't be able to get the sludge out of the gutters on the lower side of the house. They didn't offer to try and get it out. They only used a blower for cleaning. Left out front windows covered in wet debris.

GREAT!!! They came during the allotted time window; they were quick, precise and polite. It seems as if they did a good job. The true test will be when it rains again over the next couple days.

They promptly scheduled me for their next available appointment. On the day of the cleaning, they called and gave me a two-hour window which they met. They cleaned off the roof, cleaned out all of the gutters and cleaned up after themselves, even blowing off our driveway! I was not at home when they came by, so they left the invoice in the mailbox like we had previously discussed. The price was exactly the amount quoted, which was a great deal for the amount of cleaning they had to do. I was able to pay the invoice online. All in all, it was a great experience and I will definitely be using them again!

They responded very promptly. I asked to make sure the gate was closed because of animals, and that was done. I am very pleased with their services.

I had an excellent experience with Action Gutter Cleaning -- one that I plan to repeat on an annual basis hereafter. I hadn't had my gutters cleaned in roughly 8 years, and needless to say, they were a mess. The Action team came out and got them all in working order again. They also did a nice job cleaning up the fairly substantial amount of debris that had accumulated in the gutters over that 8 year time period.

Called again to schedule this year's service and Rennie in the office was extremely helpful, professional and sweet. Her kindness and helpfulness in finding an appointment that would fit our schedule was a breath of fresh air. The guys came and did everything they needed to do in a short time. I got a phone call from the office when they were on their way to our house and they did a great job. I will use them again and again for my annual gutter cleaning.

They came right on time . The supervisor walked the property and told us what they would do and gave us an idea of how long it would take. Whole project came in as they promised and we were very satisfied.

Their customer service skills are outstanding of both their office staff as well as their technicians performing the work. After our less than desirable experience with another company that we used 2 years ago, we will never use another company. It was apparent what the other company did not clear in our gutters and drainage hoses from the work of Action Gutter. No longer are gutters overflowing because leaves/debris when it rains. Just the best there is!

Just bought this house and moved in last week. I had been cleaning my own gutters for the last 11 years and was apprehensive about paying someone else to do something so simple. The new place was two stories and that distance would be unforgiving if a slip and fall occurred. I reviewed local companies and saw all the great ratings for Action Gutter in Cumming. I called and spoke with quite possibly the nicest customer service person in the world. Everything was calculated based off of the square footage of the roof and a price was quoted and appointment made. The crew showed up on the scheduled date and made quick work of my clogged up gutters. I'll probably have them out annually from this point forward for piece of mind.
