Description of Work: Needed a survey of new property in order to put up a fence. Called Tony, set up an appointment to meet right away at the new property. He was prompt and professional and has competitive pricing. I would recommend him to any of my friends and he is a very nice guy!

+ -1 moreTony called back within an hour of receiving my call and was out that afternoon to help identify where any easements might be in our yard, which could prevent us from building a front porch on. He really went above and beyond to discover where the sewer easement was - not relying simply on maps from the county, but actually discovering the manholes himself (no easy feat in my neighbor's jungle of a yard), and creating an accurate picture of what our easements actually were. Tony was extremely thorough in his discovery process and the presentation of the findings. Most impressive was his communication and the turn around on the findings. Most certainly would call again.
Description of Work: Tony came to my home to help discover where our different easements lay. In particular he was looking to identify where the sewer easement was.

Description of Work: Telephoned Tony at approximately 9:00 a.m. and described what I required: Property four corners and the East side of my residential property marked out for its complete length from front to back. I gave him the dimensions from the original Plat and he quoted me a price to perform the work. He informed me that he could perform the work today. I told him I would be available at 1:00 p.m. When I arrived home at 12:50 p.m. I saw the four corners flagged. He had already been at my home and went over the work with my wife. He located the original property corner rebar's, East side completely flagged, and was paid the quoted price. Same day service and for the best available price.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. After marking the boundaries, Tony & I walked the property line. He showed me the pins in the ground (each had a ribbon connected to a branch) & even explained the history of the property. He had researched the property at City Hall & had the plat we were given when we purchased the house. A great job at a great price.
Description of Work: Tony came out and marked the 4 corners of my property as well as putting 2 stakes on one side that we needed to clarify that boundary.
