I hired ASP to do a site survey and a topographical map of a plat. Tony (owner) did an outstanding job on this project. The drawings were very well done and completed in day or two. I highly recommend ASP for survey work.

The Angie's List ad, as well as the service providers website, states they service multiple counties within the Atlanta market area, including Fulton, which is where I reside. When I asked for a quote for services, the service provider replied to the request stating they only service Forsyth County. They need to update their ads to reflect their actual service area, so potential customers like myself, don't waste their time. Provider did refer me to another Angie's list service provider, who has not responded.

I am having a fence installed and needed our property line marked. I contacted Accurate Surveying through Angie's List Messaging and immediately received a message back. At that point Tony and I scheduled a day and time. The communication from Tony was excellent, something I really appreciate. After he was finished marking the property line, he took the time to walk it with me to make sure that i knew where he had marked. Kudos to Tony for great customer service!

Tony was awesome. He was incredibly professional and his price was $50 less than other surveyors. I recommend calling Tony before calling other surveyors. A+++

Tony showed up when promised (actually a little early) and explained what he was going to do. As I only wanted to be sure of the corners of my lot he quoted a fair price (About average for surveyors in this area). When he was done he walked me around the corners as well as pointing out additional surveying pins for my neighbors properties so there would be no confusion. At the end he adjusted the price because it didn't take him very long. I found him exceptionally fair as wwell as friendly and professional. Kudos, I would use him again.

All great, They have fair price. They gave me my Angie's List discount. They did a property line survey for a fence and it was fine. He missed out appointment on Thursday and called late to let us know but he showed up on time on Friday, as promised.

Tony came out and marked the corners of our lot for an upcoming landscape project. He was in the area when I called and came that same day which really helped me out. We have a creek running through our backyard that Tony jumped right in and went across to find the far right corner lot marker. I told him we weren't doing anything back there and it wasn't necessary to go in the creek but he did it anyways, I think he just wanted to make sure it was done right. He walked me around and showed me where all the markers were and helped me with questions I had about a creek buffer that runs through our property. For some of the work that he could have done himself he helped me out by referring me back to the company that did the original survey and plat when we purchased the home. He said it would cost a lot less since they had the original drawings. That was very nice of him to tell me about that as I would not have ever known. I would highly recommend Tony. He was professional and easy to work with, an all around nice guy.

I contacted the company on Saturday morning and within an hour received a response from Tony. My initial request was for a full property survery with drawings. After I spoke with Tony and he better understood my needs, he explained that marking the property and providing a copy of the county map would likely fulfill my needs. This was especially impressive since some companies would never suggest a less expensive service, especially if the customer is unaware of their options. The survey was completed on the next Monday and I would definately recommend this company!

Tony was GREAT. He was able to fit me in the day after I called him, and arrived on time. He was incredibly professional and went above and beyond what I had asked him to do, which was measure and mark one side of our house for fencing. There is a partial existing fence on that side of the property, so Tony also checked to be sure it did not cross onto our property. He was kind, professional, and thorough. I could not have asked for more.
