Due to some hiccups with Angie's messaging center we weren't able to get the appointment on the books within 48 hours. However once we were free from all of the Ice and snow Lance made his way out to our home. He was very kind, very personable and extremely helpful in how to spot treat in between major cleanings. We moved in the house a year ago and never had the upstairs carpet cleaned. Having 3 dogs in the house never helps! Not only was Lance able to remove quite a few spots, the most important thing to me was that he got the smell out of several areas upstairs. Considering the carpet is going in 10 years old, he has it looking great. Would highly recommend his service and plan to use again.

The cleaner used a wet-vac system that worked effectively. Several stubborn stains were removed completely, and the overall look of all carpeting was excellent.

One person came. He steam cleaned one average and three small bedrooms. He was able to remove stains where I had no success doing myself with Resolve. I would use him again when needed.

I initially spoke with Lans before purchasing the deal from Angies List to make sure he was able to service the Alpharetta area. After purchasing the deal, I immediately heard from Lans and we scheduled the cleaning conveniently for my schedule. On his way, traffic on the Perimeter was backed up and he called to advise that he may be running late. However he was on time and performed the work to perfection. He even shared some insights into spot cleaning carpets that will be helpful in the future. I am satisfied with the work done and would recommend him to others, in addition to having him come back in the future.

Initially scheduling was an issue because of the holiday (thanksgiving) and the fact the owner had an emergency, but after we were able to get pass that the service itself was excellent . They were there at the time they said they would. Couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of the work performed. Plan on using them again and again and again. Job well done

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and he was excellent. He was, basically, to his word and got here on time. He did an excellent carpet cleaning.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they were super. She did a super job and I really liked her. I am going to have her back every couple of months to do the carpet. I have had a couple of different carpet cleaners out and, to be honest, I think she did the best job because she got all the way to the edges where the baseboards are. I liked that, it was kind of cool. She was great.

He returned our call promptly and set up a date to clean the carpet. He did not arrive on time, but he called at the time he should have arrived, and said he would be late. He called later to say he was still tied up. He was two hours later than initially expected. We had some extremely dirty spots where the dog had vomited and I had spilled coffee, which he cleaned well. However, the carpet was sopping wet when he left.....squishy when you walked on it........and still wet the following morning. After it dried completely, it was no cleaner than before he arrived, with the exception of the places mentioned above, and it smelled like a wet dog. The stairs also appeared be just as dirty, with footprints not cleaned. Angie, I really dislike giving him an unfavorable report because it may affect his livelihood; I stopped typing my report midstream; however, your urging to complete it nudged me to continue. Is Krystal still available? She did very good work and I'd like to contact her again. Thank you.
