It was great. The guy that came out was very nice and explained everything to me. The service was excellent. I will definitely use this company in the future for any carpet cleaning needs!

It was fine. It was for my kids, I didn't hear any complaints from them. They were satisfied. This was the scenario, I have a basement apartment that my daughter in law and my son and their twins are at and I needed to have that topic in cleaning so what I did was I took the first step to have somebody come in to try to clean it and then they say more than that they'd have to pay for, so they didn't complain. So, I would give them the best possible score based on that information. It was a good price. Considering the experience that I had with the people before them, if you see the information there, it's just awful. They did the justice so to speak. They came out and took care of it. They did mention the fact that the guy said that he can do some deep cleaning which leads to believe that he probably did the best he could do on the circumstances. They came out and they were really proactive, was trying to help me to get it done. I will call them again.

It was not good. They did not charge me more than the Big Deal. The price was fine. Their vacuum cleaner leaked out something like rust in my bedroom it was about the size of a big saucer. It was really rust. It was kind of an opposite of cleaning. They need a new cleaning thing and I had to call them back again to redo the stairs.

Showed up on time. Very professional and dos great work. Capers were 5 years old and looked and smelled like new when he was finished.

From the beginning to end, Best Carpet was professional throughout the whole service. When I placed the order online through Angie's List, they were prompt in getting back to me and could accommodate the dates of my service request. The technician who did the service was friendly and outgoing, answered any questions and was professional the whole time. I would definitely use them again for future services. With that said, my carpets were in pretty decent shape. The house is a rental so trying to keep them in good shape and with a dog who has a few accidents it's better to keep them cleaned on a regular basis. Nice job!!

Never again. I should punch him in his face. It was horrible. He came in and I had to go behind him to inquire about the air freshener, the did you do this, did you do that? It was horrible. Never again. It was just too quick.

Overall, the service provided was great! The provider was running behind schedule but he did call to provide his estimated time of arrival. My carpet throughout the house looks really good. I would recommend Best Carpet Cleaning Services.

I have used Technicare for gutter cleaning, carpet cleaning, now pressure washing. I could not be more pleased. I will use them for all their services needed and look forward to working with them. Super Job!

Excellent service. Owner was very personable, informative and did a great job on the carpets. Before they arrived I was thinking that I was going to have to invest in new carpets thanks to our dog who likes to use the house as his restroom, but they were able to get most if not all stains out and the carpet looks and smells great! I would highly recommend them and will likely use them again in the future!

Lansdale was great! He scheduled within 2 days of me calling. He was courteous, fast, and didn't leave a mess. Will definitely use again and refer to friends.

Did not like the service carpet was not clean good at all and stay wet for ever.

After the contract was made to have carpet cleaned, I received an e-mail acknowledging my purchase for carpet cleaning. I responded by selecting 3 acceptable dates and time to have cleaning done. A telephone call was received from the company to confirm my carpet cleaning services. As planned Mr. Lans arrived on time as we arranged and provided the service. Whalah! Clockwork!. My time is valuable and Mr. Lans proved that his is as well. We made a deal and he followed through. The work was completed in a timely manner. I am so appreciative. Mr. Lans was professional and the service was professionally done.

He brought our carpets back to life. We've had them for 15 years and had never had sanitized water extraction before. Lance provided education and insured the visiting toddlers would be able to play safely.

They were very good. They got right to work and finished and it looks real good. He was a real comfortable kind of a person, easy going. It was a reasonable price. They called me right away and everything. They were very professional.

Wonderful. I had some stains on the stairs and they were able to remove them. The only B is because they ran a little late. But THEY CALLED to let me know. So all is forgiven. Very professional. I hate to even give them a B. I may change it before I post this review.

He did a nice job. He was on time. He did a good job. I don't have any problems with what he did. I didn't like the fact that they had to run a hose all the way up to the stairs and that's my only complaint. I think he did a decent job. I'll go back with them.

The provider sent an email saying they dont service my area so i cancelled the deal.

Scheduled very quickly, showed up right on time and got right to work. I had purchased a "deal" for carpet cleaning, which covered the large family room, stairs and large area in finished basement. The sofa and 3 chairs were extra. They gave me a great deal on cleaning the very dirty furniture. He worked extra hard to get out stains on the arms of a couple chairs and checked in with me to see if I was satisfied. Great job - exceeded my expectations!

We loved the results we got with Best Carpet Cleaning. When I called he told me that, b/c our master was larger than 300 sq. ft., he would charge an additional $30. This seemed totally fair, as our master is double the size of a regular bedroom. I told him the carpets were BADLY stained from the previous owner's large dog. He told me that he might have to charge an additional fee for stain removal, and we were ok with that. He arrived on time and cleaned 3 regular bedrooms and the large master for $114.00. He did a FABULOUS job of removing ALL the pet stains.....and the master was COVERED in stains....and didn't charge any extra!! The carpets look BRAND NEW!! Our plan is to go to hardwood floors within the year, but I am now so happy with these carpets that I don't mind waiting on my hardwoods a little longer. GREAT JOB. Will definitely use again and will recommend to others. A++++

Showed up on time and worked efficeintly to move furniture and get their equipment setup. Once they started, they took their time to make sure that application of the solutions penetrated the carpet and was vacuumed out. Overall a great experience.

He was on time and professional and did a great job, I'm very happy with the job he did.

I have an older, badly stained carpet. It was cleaned beautifully and almost looks new. Very professional and kind owner/operator. Will definitely use again.
