Description of Work: The deal was for 7 areas of carpet to be cleaned. Lance did a great job. I have old carpet downstairs in the basement and newer carpet upstairs. The high traffic areas now have a new lease on life. I like the fact that he uses a vehicle based system that in my mind supplies more suction than a portable unit. His service included pretreatment. He is very knowledgeable. His course of study was textile engineering. He has prepared for his craft and he does provide the BEST Carpet Cleaning Service.
