Description of Work: they took out the wrong tree and blamed me. it would have been okay if they said we had an misunderstanding but the person whom i talked to was rude and got angry at me because the estimate indicated a different tree they did not do the job until over a month after the estimate. he was willing to do the tree i indicated but said he would have to charge me again although at cost. this would have been okay but his attitude was accusatory and unnecessarily confrontative. i was only trying to clarify the situation and figure out a solution. will never use them again.

Description of Work: King Tree Experts Inc removed two very large trees. VERY PROFESSIONAL and IMPECCABLE WORK. EXCELLENT SERVICE TOO. I highly recommend King Tree Experts Inc for any tree work no matter the size. Lee King, owner and Kim, Office Manager were very professional and extremely helpful. It is a pleasure to know that there are still businesses that provide excellent customer service from the owner down. Thank you Lee and Kim.

Description of Work: These guys are good and fast. If you want to watch someone who comes in like a military drill team then this is your team. They cut down two forty foot trees for me in 23 minutes. This was start to finish. They had a chain saw, a blower, a chipper, a stump grinder and bobcat going all at the same time. | |The two trees were close to the street and my driveway. So there was debris there when they were working, but not after they were done. The clean up of those areas was spot on. All debris was cleaned up as promised and as you would expect from a professional company. | |I originally had intended to cut down one tree, but with such a good price being proposed I went for two trees. | |From the day I met Lee King of King Tree Experts I could tell this was the right company. His crew and there equipment was very professional looking and you knew when they arrived that they were there to take care of business. Yes, I would definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: They came on Friday, March 21st to give me an estimate to cut down a pecan tree in my back yard. It was a good price so I advised him to go ahead at that time he marked the tree and said they would be back one day the next week. I ask him to give me a heads up on the day so I could make sure my dogs were in the house. The next Thrusday he call at 1:15 to let me know they were coming I put dogs up and they came took the tree down, grinded the tree trunk, cleaned everything up and was gone by 5:00, It was a nice job done quick for a good price.
