Five stars are not enough to rate my experience with King Tree Experts, Inc. They are indeed experts at what they do. From obtaining an initial quote to having to scale back the amount of trees I needed to have removed slightly, Lee King and the office contact Kim were responsive, professional and great to do business with. A team of 8 tree removal experts showed up today well in advance of their scheduled 8:00 AM arrival and went straight to work. Each team member worked in a specific group, some were cutting branches and smaller trees, some were operating equipment, some were cleaning and directing traffic, and two were climbing trees. They removed three 30 ft high pines trees, a large oak tree and several mid-sized and smaller trees, grinded stumps and cleaned the entire area in as little as 3 hours. They are skilled and have perfected the daunting job of safely removing trees and grinding stumps. Did I mention their equipment is top notch and way beyond what I could have imagined was needed to do the job. I am grateful and thankful to Lee, Kim and the entire crew for a JOB WELL DONE! If you are looking for a professional, licensed, insured and reasonably priced business to remove trees, look no further than King Tree Experts, Inc.

They have done tree work for me in the past and did a wonderful job. I am currently in the process of hiring them for another tree job and I look forward to working with them again.

these people are very professional.one of these trees had to be accessed by backing a mobile crane that was on caterpillar treads.the crane was backed in between 2 house in a neighboring subdivision to access and remove a 90 foot tree.they got it all done in a very professional manner and their clean up was exceptional.I give them 5 stars for workmanship and price.I would use again if I need further tree removal.

I have used King Tree previously to remove a couple of other trees and I called them again. The first two times everything went off without a hitch, but this last time the crew cut through an electrical line by accident that was buried in the ground when they went underground to remove all of the tree trunk. I called them and they sent an electrician out to repair the cut line and everything worked great. This is a good company who really respects their clients and if something does go wrong they fix it. This is the type of customer service that we all deserve but many times we don't get from other companies. I am very grateful to King Tree Experts for removing my tree and also for covering the cost to repair the electrical line. Accidents can happen as we are all human and it is great to work with a company that accepts responsibility and fixes the problem if there is one. I have told many of my neighbors about this good experience and have encouraged them to use King Tree Experts if they really want a professional company who stands behind their work.

Perfect. Have used King Tree Service over a number of years, and WAS NOT disappointed this time. King Tree Service has both the equipment to do any type of job, and has trained crews that care for personal property while the work is being done. PLUS, they go to great lengths in cleaning up debris after the job is finished. By far the most efficient tree service we have ever used in Georgia.

We had used them in the past and were pleased with their work and professionalism, so we initially favored them over all the others from whom we obtained quotes. They matched the lowest quote that we obtained. They showed up on time and went right to work. Everyone on their crew had a job and was busy doing it until they drove off 3 hours later. When they left, the only indication that they or a large tree were ever there was the pile of ground wood chips in the driveway that we asked them to leave and the mulch pile where they ground the stump.

Poorly! First part of the process was good, it was the follow through that was extremely poor! They came out to the house at the scheduled time to give us a quote, when the guy left he said, he would email the quote to us. after almost two weeks, there was no email, so i called, the women who answered the phone said, they had a lot of estimates on the desk and would get back to me by end of day. Never got a call. called ago a couple days later and they didn't answer the phone and no answering machine. Tried several times, because i know they have the special equipment needed to take the tree down, however if they did not want the job, they should have some professional responsible, so i'm not wasting my time waiting for emails or calls for three weeks!

I couldn't have picked a better expert tree removal company. You could tell how the 10 men worked together with a large crane. The the big tree came down in pieces and after it was removed by the crane from the back yard to my driveway, the crew quickly cut the branches off and cleaned the drive just like they found it. They were truly professional.

Everything went well, it took a little less than a week to get someone out to give me a quote on the removal. I told them to go ahead with the work two days later after receiving other quotes, they informed me they would let me know the exact day they would be coming out about 4-5 days before hand, but it would probably be about a week to a week and half out. I called a week later to get an update, said they would call me back and let me know. Got a call the next day to say they were on their way, with not much prior notice. Work was done well, efficiently and took a lot less time to get everything cut, ground, and hauled away.

The crew did an excellent job. The crew leader was nice, professional, and answered all questions. They even removed a small dead tree for no charge. I would definitely use this Company again.

They were here promptly and got right to work. Walked the job with me to insure everything was correct. Even cut off a dead limb on my dogwood tree for no charge. They cleaned up all debris in yard and on the street. Removed excess wood chips from stump-grinding process. I will definitely use them again.

They did an amazing job. They were prompt, profession, had excellent equipment to perform the work, and were very respectful in protecting our property during the process. We've had other tree work done, but none came close to the service offered by King.

VERY professional. On time start. Clean well maintained equipment. Very efficient, experienced and safe crew. No wasted motion. Cleaned up as they went. I WILL use them again.

The original paperwork I had signed, was to hire them to remove several trees and grind the stumps down. There was a tree that I did have them cut down, after they cut it down, I had changed my mind and decided that I would like to have the stump removed. The referenced the original contract that did not include the stump removal of the tree they just cut down. We came to a verbal agreement for extra costs to have this stump removed and some additional work that I wanted done. I paid the extra costs and they did almost everything else that I asked them to do, but they left that stump in my lawn from a tree that they cut down, that was supposed to be removed by our verbal agreement and extra costs I paid. I would say the did do a really good job, but I would also recommend that If you hire this company and need extra work or service, you make sure that you get the changes in writing.

Didn't go at all. Call to make an appointment. Guy came looked at trees and office called with the price. She told me they were a week out. Three weeks later, no service, no phone call to even let us know they were not coming. Wasted three weeks for nothing. Totally unprofessional. Called the office and the girl was all giddy and happy to cancel. No apology. Unbelievable. If I weren't at the doctor, I would have told her how unprofessional they are! She's lucky..

It went very well. They were professional and punctual, and also cleaned up very well after themselves. I enjoyed their service.

I contacted King Tree Experts to get an estimate on the work I needed done. Mr Lee King gave me an appointment for an estimate. He arrived on time and reviewed my job. It was a heavy trim of 1 maple tree and 2 very large live oak trees. I wanted all 3 trimmed so no branches overhung our house or air conditioning unit. I also wanted a complete cleanup when finished. He gave me an estimate and made a note of where the septic system, drainage field and waterlines were located. The estimate was more then fair based on my research so we made an appointment. He called a couple of days before to verify that the day was good. The crew arrived about an hour before the estimated time, reviewed my requirements and set to work. They knew exactly what I wanted done so it truly was a quick review while they set up the equipment. They did the trim, cleaned up the yard and had me ok everything and were gone in less then 2 hours. A couple of comments, the work crew was clean and professional, well dressed in King Tree clothes. They were careful around the septic drainage field and water lines. I had not performed any spring cleaning on the front yard or side where the trees were located since I knew they would be doing the work. When the cleaned up the work areas including the driveway and street they left everything in equal to or better shape then when they arrived. It was pleasure doing business with them and I plan on using them again at the end of the yea.

I am an amateur radio operator who lives in Buckhead and needed a person to climb two trees to screw in an eyelet in each tree. I can later use the eyelets to hang an antenna from the trees. So I called King Tree Experts on Wednesday to explain what I needed. The person who answered said "Lee" is the man but he was not in today, that he would call tomorrow. On Thursday, I called back, not having heard from Lee. The person who answered put me on hold and came back to say that Lee is ?not interested?. This experience is particularly troublesome to me since the first sentence on their website says that "no job is too big or too small." I can only conclude they just don't care. That is unfortunate, because there are a good number of trees in my yard that need work from time to time, and in the yards of many friends in Buckhead and around Atlanta. You can bet I will not be recommending these people to my friends.

This was the second time I had used King Tree Experts. On January 13, Lee King arrived at the agreed upon time to provide an estimate. He indicated that his crew would arrive on January 15 at a specific time, and they were right on time. While it was a wet, cold day, they immediately set about to remove five large oak trees, and trim up a sixth tree. The job was completed to our total satisfaction. A treat dealing with such professionals!

They arrived on time examined the best way to remove the tree. Took the pressure off the tree by using a wench on a Bobcat, started removing the limbs from the tree to relieve the pressure from the tree, cut the tree up in sections, mulched the limbs, and tree trunk. Raked the area where the tree was formerly.

Removed the tree in a timely manner and at a competitive price. They did such a good job that I can't even tell they were here...in and out in no time. No mess or leftovers from the tree at all...zero.

The entire experience was top notch from quote to completion. Lee King arrived on time to preview the work and provided a timely quote. The work was performed in a timely manner from the date the quote was issued. When the King Tree Experts team arrived onsite on the date promised, I was amazed to see all the equipment to be used. Clearly, these guys are pros. It shows when they show up onsite. Their equipment was clean and looked well-maintained. They began the work by placing wood planks over my grass and happily, with all the equipment they moved in and out throughout the day, including a dump truck and cranes, no grass or other plants were noticeably damaged. I was amazed at how smooth the removal went--no slamming trees on the ground or dents in my sod, as we had experienced with another provider. Just cranes lowering separated branches and pieces carefully to the ground, so they could be chipped. After removing all the threes, a team member grinded out all the stumps as a small team removed the chips with a Bobcat and bucket, and smoothed the areas where trees had been removed. Finally, the team leader blew off the entire work area, including the road in front of my house, leaving very little trace at all that they had been there. This is a great company, folks, and I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Really great service overall! There is a difference in tree removal companies, and I think these guys set the standard. By the way, I obtained four quotes to do the work, and King Tree Experts wasn't the cheapest and they weren't the most expensive. Lee was willing to negotiate on the price, which I appreciated.
