Outstanding display of professionalism. Specific trimming and removal were exactly what was contracted. Superb level of neatness as the crew kept the area swept and picked up as they worked. The clean up was done within minutes of the operations completion. Extremely well organized. Crew Lead Luke was most personable and gave very clear explanations of how the job would be accomplished. Perfect array of equipment to perform all duties. We couldn't be more pleased with the results.

Called King's for an estimate on some tree removal around the house. Good telephone service to set-up free estimate two days later. Estimate appointment was punctual and friendly. Explained what needed to be done and how the work would be performed. Price was okay but ended up using another vendor.

The job went excellently! I was so impressed. The saying "you get what you pay for" but in this case, we went with the lowest estimate and got exactly what we wanted. Often the least expensive estimate is also the least quality, but not this time. King Tree Experts were responsive with their estimate, but also paid attention to the requirement not to harm another tree that was right under one of the larger trees to be removed. We had 3 sweetgums in the front yard (2 very large, 1 small), and 3 gum trees in the back yard (all medium size--6" trunk). The two largest trees in the front were diseased and hollowed out in many places -- potentially hazardous to the house. We flagged the 6 trees we wanted removed before calling for estimates. They were very responsive and came out in a couple of days to see the job without our having to take time off work to be at the house which was great for our work schedules. Then they called me with the estimate. After I had estimates from other companies, I asked King Tree for an email with the estimate which they sent me that same day. I had a couple of easy questions about it, but they were very quick to answer and we decided to go with them. They scheduled it for a week later, but had an opening and came out about 2 days after I gave them the go ahead. The tree removal went without a flaw. They came with a large crane, a large bucket truck, a bobcat, a log truck, and a shredder truck. They attached cables to the tree at the top and cut it at the bottom so it would not fall on the house or damage the nice specimen tree that was growing near the base. Within about 4 hours, all the trees we needed to be removed were gone, they ground the stumps of the two largest as we requested, and then obvously used blowers or something to clean up before they left. Other than just a few saw dust chips and the piles from the stump grinding, the left the place exceptionally nice. We would defineately use them again in the future when the time comes and/or recommend them to friends and neighbors.

I need a tree taken down, so called to get an estimate from them. Was told they would go out on Friday, which they did. I called on Monday to follow-up and see if they had gone by and what the estimate for removal and stump grinding would be. Their quote was twice the amount of two other well-reviewed tree removal services!!!! Twice the amount!!! Won't be using them. It pays to get 3 different estimates.

They are thorough, professional, and were also reasonably priced. The time frame may have been a bit longer than expected to get to the job after they did the estimate. It was about two weeks from the time of the estimate until they did the job.

I would definitely recommend him. He comes out himself and then sends out the crew. He works with you on the price and is reasonable. There is nothing I could say bad about their service!

I have never been so impressed with a company in Georgia. The rep arrived when he said he would to provide an estimate, and for the work I had done I found the cost very very reasonable. The crew that arrived to do the work were very professional and took extra precautions to protect my yard and house. They were effecient and thorough and when they were finished there was no sign I had ever had 6 giant pines in the front. I definatly recomment King Tree Experts you wont be sorry, this company is very Impressive!

Zip ... the estimate came exactly when they said it would (and the price was VERY good) Zam ... down came the tree Zowie ...they ground the entire tree up and cleaned up the site (only a cup of sawdust left) Zwoosh! Off went the tree an hour and a half after they started.

The service King Tree Experts provided was outstanding, from the estimate to the tree removal. I can't say enough about their professionalism and expertise. Honestly, I think they could charge admission when their crew is working! They used a crane and several other pieces of equipment to get the trees out in a well-orchestrated process of a difficult and dangerous job. Every employee was courteous and professional. Each member of the team performed his job, leaving our yard actually looking cleaner and neater than when they arrived. We have never had that happen before! Lee arrived for the estimate early. He worked with me on the price to remove and grind the stumps of three large sweet gum trees. His crew arrived on time and completed the job early. Great expereince from beginning to end.

Andy came out and gave us a quote that was very resonable. We were comparing apples to apples with the other quote we received earlier in the week.. Not only was his quote lower but Andy suggested that one of the limbs that needed trimming be cut back even further so as not to lead to disease. Our tree needed trimming back as well as a low hanging limb removed. The work done was beyond our expectations and for a resonable price. The team kept on top of things as they were dropping from the tree and cleaned up as they went along. Even to the tune of blowing under the vehicles to remove the dust and shavings. The yard was left in better shape then when they got here. I would not hesitate to use them again and will see them in the spring.

Arrived on time at 730a. Approx 6 hours to complete all the work including clean-up. Impressive time. I did like that during the entire process they were continually cleaning up behind themselves. They had some tight areas around the garden and pool to work through so the fact that we lost a couple tomato plants and had sawdust and a chunk of wood in the pool wasn't too bad. As the lead guy on their crew stated "you have to crack a few eggs to make a cake"

iI am trying to find enough adjectives to describe how INCREDIBLE this company is. If I say what all I want to say, yall will think I'm somebody's mother issuing a fake report, but I am serious when I say, I am literally floored at what I saw today. These guys showed up on time, brought enough people to get the job done quickly and safely and took the most detailed care I have EVER seen with someone's yard. They laid out plywood boards from the side yard to the STREET and only drove on these sheets, so the grass wouldn't be damaged. The entire time some guys were cutting, others were moving logs, another was raking, another was blowing, and I think one guy was walking around picking up the most miniscule leaf or stick that might be out of place. Not only was each tree removed, the stumps ground, the mulch spread, the dirt smoothed....every single leaf, branch, SPECK that indicated they had been there WAS REMOVED. They blew off my deck, they raked, they even BLEW OFF MY CAR ON THE STREET AS THEY WALKED BY. I am stunned at the results. My yard went from a jungle, full of trees, weeds, and brush to a clear, sunny, smooth yard. They took such care to be safe! I watched from a distance and took movies of the guy on the top, as he was ready to drop a log section. There was a crew on the bottom with ropes and before anything was dropped, they would stop and ALL check to make sure everything and everyone was clear. Every log section landed right where they wanted. THEN, as if that wasn't enough, they carefully cut sections of an old cherry tree for the gentleman behind my house who makes bowls and had requested the wood. One by one, they carried the cherry wood over the fence to the man's work shed and gently stacked it . WHAT A CLASS ACT THIS COMPANY IS!! Okay, I'll stop with the raving, but seriously, choose a professional team like King's. They carry the right insurance, will show up with their grown man's Tonka Toys and GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT!

They removed the branches of a pine tree that leaned toward the house of my mother in law in Morrow. Their crew worked fast, was very professional and did not leave any trash behind. They even cleaned the gathers of the front of the house, which was very nice of them. I will recommend King Tree Experts to anyone and will use their services again if I need it.

We had a pine tree that was dead and they came in did a very professional job in removing the tree, had adequate personnal with them to perform the service and did a good cleanup on our yard and part of the neighbor's yard where debris had fallen. They called ahead of time to let us know when they would be at our home and gave us 10% off the quote with the coupon that was on your site. Would definitely use them again.

The company was very quick to respond to my request, and provided me a written estimate within one day of my request. Another company that also had workers comp and liability insurance quoted me a lower price, but this company was certainly professional and punctual.

A neighbor asked us to trim a cherry tree so they could get sun in their yard and a magnolia tree was growing too close to the foundation. They sculpted the cherry trees and they look so good. They brought a wood chipper and you couldn't tell they had been there. They also cleaned up the leaves. Three trucks came at once. Those trees look so pretty, we wish we would have done it years ago.
