I came home the night of 8/4 to find an extremely large branch hanging into my yard. By some miracle it didn't completely fall off the tree and smash my fence - it was still hanging on. I searched my Angie's List magazine for a tree removal company and called King the morning of 8/5. The representative was very friendly and told me someone would go over and give me an estimate for the work. A while later I was called with the estimate and was given a 10% discount for mentioning Angie's List. I was told the work would be done before the end of the week which was fine with me. I was also told that they would bill me after the work was completed - no requests for a deposit or anything! Imagine my surprise when I came home from work that afternoon and found that all the branches were gone and the back yard was spotless. Quite frankly I would never have known a crew was there doing any work or that I ever had a giant branch hanging in my yard - it was amazing! I'm truly impressed with this level of service and would use this company again in a heart-beat. Thanks King!

They showed up to review work and give estimate at the appointed time. Very professional. But price was almost twice as much as other competitors. ($750.00)

I contacted them via email and made arrangements for them to come out give an estimate. They were prompt and forwarded the estimate to me via email. I made arrangements for them to come out and perform the service. I was running behind schedule and was unable to meet them at my home. When I arrived, the tree had been removed and there was no visible sign that the tree had ever been there. There was no debris, just any empty space.

It went very well. I opted not to have the cut tree removed form my property but that service was available and for very minimal extra cost. I was a bit nervous seeing the guy on the tree but he did his work with such efficiency. I was in awe.

The company promptly provided an estimate for the work. The price seemed good, so we tried to schedule the work. We wanted one of us to be at home when the work was done. The company was unable to schedule a date. Instead, we had to wait until they had a crew in the area for other work. Several times, they called us a day in advance, but we were unavailable on those days. They were closed the week of 4th of July, and I never heard from them after that. I left several messages saying we would still like to do the work, but they didn't call back. We used another company.

I have used them 3 or 4 times to come out and do our tree work. I like that they always return my phone calls, they come out on time, and they are very professional. They always give me a very reasonable quote.

This company does a superb job. They were very dependable, quick and they even cleaned everything up when they were done. The crew did a very thorough job and when they were completely finished it looked like a new lawn. We would highly recommend them to others.

OUTSTANDING-got the estimate in 24 hours-everything done within 2 days from estimate-very hard workers-job done in 3 hours-will use them again-A+.

I called Lee King and he was out the next business day, to give an estimate. His estimate was 1/3 the price of the most expensive estimate, I received for the job. I scheduled the job for three days later. His crew arrived and went to work removing a very tall, very dead tree from my yard. They used a crane and bucket to remove it quickly and with no damage to the surrounding area. In under three hours they had the tree down, chopped, chipped and the stump ground. They even removed a branch from another tree for me and cut off two stumps from other downed trees for free. They left the site cleaner than the way they found it! They were polite, a real pleasure to work with.

Extremely professional service all around. They supplied a quote and insurance info in one day. They showed up on time with several trucks and a large crew and were done in about 1-1/2 hours. I've never seen a crew work so well together. Cleanup was great.

We received a call back the day we placed a message. They quoted a date and arrived on time on the new date quoted. They were thorough and did what we asked. One exception was the tree leaning on our utility shed. The tree was cut, but vines were not cut and a section of the trunk was still suspended from the roof. We cut it and cleared it from the house without difficulty. We did not call them to do so.

I called for an estimate and they were out here within probably four hours. After that, the following day, I called them and they said they were in the area and could come later that afternoon. They came with a full tree removal service. They had the trees down in about 45 minutes; all five. Within 30 minutes they had cleaned the ground, dumped the mulch where I wanted it and cleaned up their tire tracks. I give these people an A+ and I'd use them anytime. The person I dealt with was Lee King. It was all top-of-the-line equipment they came with. I do not remember the price, but it was reasonable.

This was an awesome experience. I will definitely use this company many more times. They really know what they are doing and were fast courteous and really reasonably priced. Very nice people to work with.

They were very efficient in responding to my email request. I contacted them by email on a Thursday, by Monday morning they were calling me to tell me that had been out and looked at the trees and were emailing me an estimate. I was shocked at how reasonable the estimate was. I know I got a good deal compared to the other 2 estimates I had received. They told me their schedule and called the night before as promised and asked if they could begin the work without me present. I had an appointment prior to their arrival and did not arrive before the job was completed. I expected them to call upon completion for payment before leaving; however, they came and preformed the work and left everything cleaned and my yard neat. I called the next day to make arrangements to pay. The receptionist informed me they had emailed me an invoice, which I paid by phone. This was the best experience I have every had with home maintenance. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of tree servicing.

Great. The team of about 7 guys and 1 woman arrived at 7:30AM (sunrise). They laid down plywood across grass and brought in the chipper truck. I left for work and came back at lunch. They had cut down all 5 trees and had a guy up in the last tree to trim off a big branch over my porch. They had the limb roped in so that when it was free, it fell close to the tree, not the house. Then the crew began cleaning. They went up on the roof to get leaves and limbs off. They blew off the deck and patio, raked the yard, put the fence back together and took away all the wood and debris (except the mulch). Courteous, professional, nice, clean. They even changed a lightbulb that was burned out.
