 + -1 moreThey actually used the incorrect water line and it caused a leak and damaged my laminate floors. When I called them back they did repair the leak. I questioned the piece they installed the second time around because it was evident that the wrong line was installed initially. The technician explained that he wasn't sure why it was installed incorrectly the first time. They did not want to take responsibility for the floors.
Description of Work: I hired James Gallops Plumbing Service to install a water line under my sink.

 + -1 moreThis was the third plumber I called. I should have called them first; I will next time I need a plumber. They indicated it would be a couple of hours before they could respond, but when i explained the urgency, they were here within 30 minutes. They quickly diagnosed and repaired the leak and were gone within 45 minutes. The problem was a broken toilet supply line. I thought it was something much worse. It was also something I could have repaired myself, but when confronted with two inches of water throughout the house at two o'clock in the morning, there's not much time for trouble-shooting.
Description of Work: Replaced toilet water supply line in master bathroom.

 + -1 moreIt is a local company here. We have used them a number of times, which is why we keep calling them back when we have work to do. The quality of their work was excellent. They were very responsive. They call before they arrive. They had a slight delay and asked if we could change the time, which was fine. However, their communication was excellent. They were on time. We will use them again in the future.

The worst part about scheduling a appointment is waiting until the plummer arrives, usually after the appointment was scheduled. Not with is company. They came in with a new toilet, unpacked it, removed the old one and put it on the porch, installed the new one, took everything with them when they left and took care of the disposal. They were fantastic. They were polite, prompt, very professional and personable. They were very good and the quality was great.
