I set up an appointment and the salesman showed up as expected. He gave me an estimate and said they could install it at 5pm. I received a call around 2pm and they said they could install at 3pm. one person showed up and did the job in about an hour.

My experience was pretty good. I was surprised because it was very reasonable. They were fast, they did it the same day. A guy came out to give me a quote and an hour later somebody was there doing the job. It was terrific.

My garage door was no longer opening, and I realized that the spring had broken, and needed to be replaced. I called several companies, and Chattahoochee Garage Door took my call, promptly scheduled an appointment to inspect the issue, arrived on time, and then gave me a new appointment for when the repairs would take place. Service was prompt, on-time, and top-notch. A broken garage door was one headache that was resolved very quickly and easily by the good people at Chattahoochee Garage Door -- I would not hesitate in using them again, and I highly recommend them. All businesses should be run this way.

One word to describe our experience: WONDERFUL! A family member hit the door with his car bumper. The door was pretty loose and loud anyway before the collision. I searched Angie's List and this company came up first on the list. After reading the reviews, I decided to give them a call...at 7:05 a.m. I knew they wouldn't be there at that time, but just wanted to leave a message to call me. Well, to my surprise, Barry called me back at 7:15 a.m. He told me he'd be out to my house around 9 a.m. About 8:45 a.m., he pulled up. He checked out my door, and to be honest, he could have sold me a new door for more than $1,000. But, he said that not only could he fix it, but he would replace the cheap rollers that came on the garage door with ones with ball bearings that could be maintained and make the door open/shut easier. He also said he would replace a strut that was bent as well. And, the entire price would be $279. He told me his techs would be out around 5 p.m. to do the repair. At 11 a.m., his assistant gave me a call and let me know his techs could come over right away after they loaded their truck. What a terrific surprise! The two gentlemen who came by were professional, courteous and helpful. I cannot say more about this company!!! The garage door no longer bangs when it is raised/lowered! That's just a great added bonus to this repair. And, it saved me more than $800 by not having to replace this door. I will definitely use this company in the future.

called twice and left message that I needed a garage door repaired. No called back, went to another company.

I called around 3:00 PM and he was here within an hour to look at it. He then told me the person to fix it would be here after 6:00 to fix it. It was eventually about 7:00 when he got here and he had the springs replaced and the door working properly within 30 minutes.

I called them and they came promptly to give an estimate. They explained in detail the work that they would perform.Two days later they came and replaced the door. They raised the sensors on each side and clamped the wires so they wouldn't dangle. They took the old door off. We are very satisfied. .

I spent about $1200 on that work. I liked their responsiveness and they did good work. Their website was attractive.

The price was reasonable. I called them and they said they would be out by 4 pm and they arrived at 3:45 that afternoon. The guy that did the work was very knowledgeable and courteous. Everything was fine.

I am happy with their work and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
