Trip Charges are included in the price per job. I do give FREE estimates on all jobs with the exception of " Insurance Estimate Jobs". For any job that is requiring an estimate for the insurance company. There will be a charge of $25.00 per estimate. IF I am awarded the job, this $25.00 will be deducted off of your final price. Therefore making it a FREE estimate. Unfortunately I've given FREE estimates in the past for these jobs, only to have the homeowner ONLY use me long enough to get the money from the insurance company & I never hear from them again. This is the only way I can see to keep it honest. There are many " handyman" companies out there today, but I believe that one of the things that sets me apart from them, is I have actually been in the industry for over 25yrs. This is not new to me. Also, I believe in 'honesty'. If you ask me to quote you for a job, that I am NOT completely comfortable with, I will be honest & tell you I'm not skilled in that area. But I will be happy to help you find someone who is, & someone you can trust, @ NO Charge to you. I do all the work myself, I'm not an owner that goes out, gives you an estimate & then sends a crew of men to do the job. I do it myself. I rarely have the need to use an outside "subcontractor". "We had been using this company for a while for both trash and recycling pick up. There were a couple of times we had to call because our trash and recycling weren't picked up and it was a regular occurrence for us to call because our recycling was not picked up, but it improved and it was always two separate trucks. In late October or early November of 2022, my husband and I returned from a 3 week trip and when we put our cans out, our trash was picked up but our recycling was not. I understand going 3 weeks with nothing being put out for pickup and honestly we didn't even think about letting them know we would be a away for a while. So we called and they came out. The following week we put our cans out and my husband swears that he saw our trash and recycling going in the same truck. I told him it was unlikely, we are paying additional for recycling after all. A couple of months later, he makes the same comment and I suggest that they have one of those split trucks. He's skeptical, but agrees. A few more months pass and he is now adamant that they are not recycling our recyclables. Finally, today, I was able to witness it myself. I've included pictures of them putting our trash and recycling into the same truck. When they turned around to go back down our road, I went outside to confirm that they do not have a split truck. I'm furious. I called and they confirmed that two separate trucks are sent out and recyclables should not be mixed with trash. I promptly ended my service. We paid an additional $40 for recycling services every quarter- that's $120 that I've paid this company to pick up and recycle my recyclables and instead they've been thrown in the landfill. This company does not care about their customers or the environment and I would not suggest anyone to do business with them. In the pictures you can see our trash being dumped in the truck. The next photo you can see our recycling container sitting to the side. The following photos show them grabbing our recycling can and then placing it into the same truck."

"We were told to install an electrical outlet prior to their work being done in order for them to install a sump pump. They did not tell us they did not connect the sump pump to the electricity. We found out the sump pump was not connected when our basement flooded —- worse than it ever has before. Don’t know if it was the work done around the home that made it worse than ever before but a large section of our basement floors are ruined. My husband subsequently installed French drains all around the house and our property has never flooded again."
