"Fidel was hired to rip out and old backsplash and replace it with a new one. He and his crew had to drive an hour each way to get to my house, but he was always there to get the work done. His attention to detail was very good. As always with any project I had to go behind him and clean this or fix that, but very little. His English is passable and tries very hard to communicate. I used Google translate and everything went well. He and his crew were professional and due to the far distance of travel they would arrive sometimes later than expected because of scheduling other work nearer to their area of service. I would classify him as honest, professional, personable and loaded with integrity. He took pride in his work, not just to make money, but to do it deserving of recommendation. I would highly recommend "Frogozos Home Repair"."

"Hired the Grout Dude in June of 2024 to repair and re-do bathroom/shower grout joints using epoxy grout. Paid him $1900 dollars in cash for his work. He stated that he guaranteed his work for 2 years. A few days after he finished I noticed a few places he missed. I called him to advise and he returned to correct work. Over the past few months the epoxy grout is breaking down and I now have mold showing up in several grout joints. I have called and texted the Grout Dude (Chris) over the past two months to get him to come back and honor his warranty. As of February 25, 2025 I have not received a response. He is a pretty slick operator in that he works for cash and provides no receipt or invoice. Thought I was dealing with a person of character and integrity. Got fooled!"
