Great work, very professional

It went great. He responded to our call very quickly and came the next day. communication before arrival was excellent. He was very professional and gave suggestions on how to prevent a reoccurrence of the problem. I will be calling him again in the spring.

I had used Chimney Chasers before I joined Angie’s List for cleaning my chimney but I was looking for someone to clean my gutters on Angie’s List and found he also cleaned gutters. Because I was very pleased with the work and friendliness he exhibited when he cleaned my chimney, I called him for my gutters. He did a very good job and I will certainly be using him again for both.

My technician was prompt, professional and thorough. I received specific recommendations about chimney concerns and also an estimate for chimney cap replacement that was competitive with others I've received. I was happy with the service and will call them again when I'm ready to replace the cap.

I called on a Sunday, expecting to leave a message, but the phone was answered by Debby. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable of the industry. I was able to schedule the appointment for the following Wednesday. Berry showed up on time and was very pleasant and easy to talk to. He was able to answer any questions I had, and did a fantastic job. I will definitely use their services again, and recommend them to anyone looking to have chimney or dryer vent cleaning.

Call to the company was answered immediately and all info provided. Scheduled appointment within a couple of days. Barry arrived on time and performed all services professionally. He gave me advice on improving chimney draught and how to build a more efficient fire in such a large fireplace. He even set in the wood for my first fire of the season. Also suggested ways to keep the flue clearned during fire season. Great guy, Great work. I highly recommend Chimney Chasers and will continue to use them.

The man who did the inspection gave me some advice on how air pressure and drafts in the house can affect the draw of a fireplace, so now I will be aware of those things. I did not use the gas starter with that first fire and was a little nervous about using it, so he talked me through that. He also gave me information on the right kind of wood to use in the fireplace. I was very pleased with the work and helpful information I received and would recommend Chimney Chasers.

It went great as usual. I have used Chimney Chasers for years and Barry always does a great job. He cleans the chimney yearly and I always feel confident that it is done properly. In the past, he has installed a wood burning insert for me which works like a charm. He is a certified chimney sweep and is well versed in all chimney matters. Dave

We have hired him before and are always very pleased with his work. I like the fact that he does a great job of cleaning up after he is finished. His price was also very reasonable, however, I really don't remember how much we paid.
