Tree did not fall exactly as planned....taken out a couple of limbs on a tree we weren't removing. I expressed my disappointment hoping for at least a small discount but didn't even receive an apology.

Allen came out for an estimate and described in detail the process of felling the trees. He explained the risk to the lawn (from the heavy equipment) and advised on how to mitigate that risk. He gave me a price and asked me to call when we were ready to have the job done. When I saw the weather forecast of 5 continuous days of sun, I called Allen and he was ready to go. The crew was at my house within a week. It was a good experience overall.

I've used him for several years and his prices are competitive. The quality of service is excellent.

They did a good job. They were very professional.

Allen's initially missed an appointment for giving me an estimate. The next week they called to try to reschedule for another appointment and made that appointment on time. I was given an estimate of $300 to trim back two peacan trees that were starting to grow over my home. I accepted the estimate and agreed that the work would be completed within two weeks. The work was completed on time and in a very professional manner. Cleanup was excellent - could barely tell work had been done. My wife ask for a couple extra limbs to be trimmed when the crew arrived and this was done cheerfully and at no extra charge.

They were on time and they did what they said they were going to do. I thought they were a bit expensive and I paid for it. They took a tree down and removed the stump. They took the debris away. They did a good job and I would definitely use them in the future.

The job went very well. The job was performed earlier than planned. They scheduled to come by on a Wednesday but called early the day before to tell me they were available and could come early, which they did. The cut down the tree, ground out the stump and removed the debris as agreed, for the price agreed to. Overall I was pleased with the work and would hire them again.

It was an excellent experience. They were great. They were very clean. They cleaned up after themselves. They were very professional. They got through sooner than I thought they would. Their quote was spot on. Even before they gave me the quote they told me what they could do for that money. I had already had another tree taken down and after they took down the dead tree, they said that they could take the stump out as it had been there for a while. They said that they could come back later as well and take care of the stump. They really came here with a plan instead of just coming in and leaving. They were going to give me a plan, but if I knew what was needed to be done. I had options on how to handle it. It was a good experience. I would tell people that I would definitely call them again. They are very reliable. I have nothing, but wonderful things to say about them. I had several tree services that were going to give me estimates and didn’t even show up for an appointment.

They came at 8:am and were done by 5:30. Top Notch.

On Tuesday, I called make arrangements and was told it would be a week or so before the trees could be cut down. Luckily they had an opening in their schedule the Friday of the same week and did a great job with the trees.

My Mom has used this provider for years and she has always raved about the service. This was my first experience with this provider and I must say it was an excellent one. All staff was very professional and provided quality work. I bet I had in excess of 30 trees removed. They cleaned up behind themselves and everything was left neat, clean and presentable.
