Although I was not happy with the results of the service visit (I need to replace my old heat pump unit) I did like the same day service and the guy Jonathan, that did the service. He did his best with what he had to work with, my unit is simply worn out -- 20 years old.

On time arrival. Issue with Thermostat fixed within 30 minutes and the heating system was running again. Guardian sent a text with the technicians picture and short bio prior to his arrival which made us comfortable about the experience level. Overall a great experience with Billy from Guardian
