I was struggling with a vendor who installed a new AC and furnace 3 years ago that required service every year. The Guardian team was able resolve the issue in 2 days at a fraction of the cost the original installer quoted. Technician Josh Bennett was able to isolate the problem in 30 minutes. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and very professional. HVAC Service Expert Dave Dover arrived the next day to complete the required repairs and washed the outdoor system. My wife and I could not be happier with Guardian service. We joined their Shield Protection Plan Membership.

Guardian provided excellent service. From the receptionists in the office to the repair/installation experts. They explained other options that would also help my home. I could decide if I wanted to do those options now or wait for later. There was no pressure. They were very personable and professional.

It is not often a company exceeds my expectations, but Guardian Heating & air and their exper technicians Josh Bennett & Jamie Dias really went above and beyond on sight while their phone reps were extremely responsive and flexible. They carry a strong professionalism to them- Josh showed us every step what was wrong & needed to be fixed, and Jamie was fast and professional with that fix once they had the part. Text communications got a same day response and hold times when calling verbal were quick. Promises to deliver updated information were kept and not simply forgotten. There was some frustration with the timing of a part they had to order but they were ready to explain and make things right. Genuinely 0 complaints at the end of it all as they went above and beyond.

A service professional called me within 15 minutes of requesting a quote. Hans Greiner was my technician & he provided stellar service. Hans was friendly, efficient & professional. He explained everything he needed to do, plus he was happy to answer all my questions in detail. I hope I don't need their services again anytime soon, which has nothing to do with my experience & EVERYTHING to do with my bank account!

Guys arrived on time, work done in a professional and efficient manner. Matt and Montel were very courteous and professional throughout the project. I couldnâ  t give a full 5 on the value as it will be determined in the next few months. That being said I thought the cost was a little in line with other proposals. What sold me was I had every question answered prior to startup, to my satisfaction.
