Very thorough inside and outside inspection of the house, and once complete they provided true honesty of the inspection - no termites! I had heard some horror stories about other pest control companies trying hard to find a problem or making one up all together. You do not have to worry about that with Bill Crowder. They also have the cheapest termite inspection letter that I found. Can't recommend this company enough!!! A+++++
