Legacy Garage Doors

Things went fine. They came and did exactly as they said they would. They were very professional. We paid more than the $99 because they needed more rollers and we had a different type of door. When they put the new foots on the door and reapplied the rails, they left a hole in the front of the garage door. So, when the inspector came to inspect our house, he pointed that out to the people buying our house that we had holes in our garage door. That would be my only complaint. They should have puttied it in or pointed it out to us that we needed to fill those. My husband and I were both unaware that there were holes in front of our garage door. We were preparing in making sure that everything is working okay for the inspector to come for the selling of our house, and we were a little bit put out because we had holes in the garage door.

The two young men who provided the services were friendly, professional, and very informative, explaining our options and the pricing for each. We will definitely call them again when we replace our garage doors.

This was a fantastic appointment. They went above and beyond and got both doors and remotes in proper working order. Fabulous customer service, friendly, knowledgable, professional and fast service. Will keep this company as my provider and will recommend for sure. Will call them back to do more work this week too.

I had bought a coupon which covered only the basic so I had to spend a little more than that and that was okay. They were on time and showed me exactly what they were doing.

They came out as promised to quote. They quoted right there did not have go back to the office which was cool. They only replaced what needed to be replaced. The panels where damaged and we wanted extra supports put in. So they only did what we asked and did not pressure us to do more. Asked us questions about items to add or replace and we said yes or no with no pressure. It was really nice experience and would recomment them to every one. Most places I called would not travel out to us even though they were within the same location as Legacy so that was awesome. Thank You!

Installation went great. I am SO pleased with our new garage doors, I had no idea that 1) how badly we needed them and 2) how much I would enjoy them! They are so quiet and I love that they insulated. Legacy was the best garage door installer we recieved a quote from. They were not the cheapest but certainly not the most expensive. The guys who quoted the doors were the ones who installed the doors. There was not a "hard sell" or any pressure at all to purchase from Legacy. I think they know what a great product they have and that they know what they are doing there isn't a reason to pressure the customer, their service and product speaks for itself.

Why'd I Call: Just moved into a new house, the garage door was not well maintained and the sensors were out of alignment. Had gotten to where sometimes had to close the door manually when leaving because sensors would not allow it to close. Call Experience: Legacy representative was very nice to talk to and scheduled a meeting with their truck which would be in the area the next day. Because they were already in the area, it was going to be a free estimate and I could decide if I wanted to pay. This exceeded the options I received from others. Service Experience: Technicians were both very friendly, they took a quick look at it and in a matter of minutes gave me an estimate and let me know how long it would take for them to address immediately. I lucked out because there were two of them, it only took 30 minutes before I had a fully functional garage door! If I ever need to have further work done on my garage door I plan to contact this company again.

They were nice. The garage door was not opening, they came back the next day and fixed it. They did charge extra to come back out.

Josh at Legacy Garage Door did a good job repairing my Garage Door. He delivered on all the things I would expect from a highly rated company - on time, knowledgeable, communicative on what he was doing, etc. Thanks, Josh! I'll be back if I ever another Garage door issue :-)

The provider arrived on time, was very professional and performed their service in a very prompt manner. They answered a question I had about my garage door and provided additional services besides my angie's list big deal of a $99 garage door tune up. I haven't had a problem with their work and I would recommend them.

Legacy worked me into their schedule on the day after I called. Nice response. They called me and when I arrived, they were already present at the house. They quickly evaluated the garage doors, priced the process, and completed the repair within one hour. Doors work great and they were both professional and courteous. I would definitely use them again.

I was pleased. I felt like I got what I paid for and my door now moves much more quietly than it did before. if i have trouble again I will call them. they were very pleasant to work with. right as we were both driving off i realized my garage remote in my car wasn't working anymore so they pulled back in and spent another 15 minutes getting it working.

I called mid day to ask when they could come and fix door as it had stopped working that morning. They offered to come by 5:30 p.m. same day. Called earlier and said they could come and did. Were here about an hour, door works perfectly. Two men came in their truck, had on uniform shirts (which I liked for assurance they were actually working for the company). Fixed door quickly, cleaned up, no hard selling, professional attitude.

It went very well and they were very professional. We were very pleased.

Service went great--no problems scheduling a time (within a week of purchasing the coupon). I didn't know my garage door could actually operate quietly. Huge difference between before service and after service, and I know a little bit more about the mechanics of the door. The guys were completely professional, and worked quickly. Now that I know what to look for, I will be using them again for any garage door work.

This is our second time using Josh and Andrew with Legacy Garage Doors. They are reliable, prompt and professional. They clearly know what they are doing, and take great pride in their work. They show up on time, and take the time to clearly explain what repairs are needed and why. I highly recommend them, will use again!

It was very easy to arrange the service appointment. The service man arrived on time. He carried out his job in a professional manner. He explained what he was doing and what my garage door needed to open and close properly. A very positive experience.

Their work was good. They did what I asked them to do and they were efficient and quick. My doors were working a lot better when they were done.

They were excellent. The cost was reasonable and they were knowledgeable and efficient.

The door was adjusted, and at my option, a stiffener added, but as it turned out the opener limits and adjustments could not be set. Apparently, due to a bad circuit board or possibly a motor....Couldn't be sure which. Therefore, the choice became spend $XXX.00 on repairing an OLD opener, or replacing it. I made the choice to replace the old opener with new. The new opener was on the truck, and the replacement took less than an hour. Good job guys!

It was fine. The guys came out and they did good. They were prompt.
